Excellent service
I had my central ducted heating system serviced by Joshua today. He was punctual, polite and left no mess. He explained the findings clearly (with photos) and answered all my queries. Joshua even managed to fix the longstanding issue of insufficient heating coverage at ground level. I greatly appreciate his expertise, professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend Plum Heating & Cooling and Joshua the technician!

Heating service
We had josh out to fix and service our ducted heating system today. Excellent service and a very professional manor. He was very polite, helpful and took time explaining everything step by step. Highly recommend him and plum heating and cooling. We will be definitely be using them again in the future.

Had my Brivis gas heater serviced by Jim from Plum Services. Jim was on time, courteous and fully explained not only the service done but also the parts replaced. I would recommend him to anyone for their gas heater service.

Plum employ excellent people
Plum know how to employ people who are good communicators and listeners. Today we had a visit from Lachlan who was so patient and efficient with his diagnosis of our problem. I’ve had a number of split systems installed by Plum and they are always a pleasure to deal with and get the job done quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for Aircon installation.
