Split System Replace and New Install
The team from sales office to installers and sparkies just do a great job from start to finish. Nothing to hard and all were very curtious and professional.

Josh was super efficient
Josh was super efficient. I was particularly impressed that he arrived at the time he told me he would be here. Josh explained everything about the problem with my ceiling ducted heating and even took photos to show me the parts before and after he replaced them. Unit is working again!

Would definitely use again, without hesitation
Very easy to book an appointment for a service of our heating / cooling system. Lovely, personable email minutes after making an enquiry assuring us that they had got our request and someone would be in touch shortly. True to their word, someone from Plum contacted us, a price was quoted and details of what we got included in the service and what would be additional was discussed - all very reasonable. A booking was made and confirmed. 24 hours before the appointment, we were given a 2 hour time slot and our engineer, Lachlan called us when he was 15 minutes away. Great communication through out. Lachlan was friendly and polite and very knowledgeable about our system. He was able to advise us on how to maintain our system between services in order to get the best out of it. As first time home owners and having not grown up in Australia, Lachlan was incredibly patient with my probably very basic questions and understanding of how our system worked. We will definitely use Plum again. I can not fault our experience with them.

The response to a request for repair of gas ducted heating.
The response to a request for repair of my ducted heating was surprisingly quick. Shaun promptly assessed the problem and explained what needs to be done. Overall, the service provided Shaun was very professional and reliable. My heating is back to working condition just in time for winter, all thanks to Plum and Shaun.

Fantastic ducted heating service experience
Lachlan came around to service our ducted gas heating unit and was informative as well as honest. We really appreciated that he lowered the service rate after showing us photos and explaining that due to the very tight space in the ceiling where the unit was that it was impossible to reach down there to do a full service without damaging ductwork that was in the way. He proceeded with the other parts of the service promptly and replaced the batteries of the wall mounted controller. We really appreciated his professionalism and expertise.

Gas heater servicing
I've used Plum to service my gas heater a few times now and they have always been excellent. The technicians are always courteous and explain what they are doing. They also take the time to give you a summary of what they've done and what issues we may encounter in the future.

First Class Experience using Plum Trade Services
This was a great first experience using Plum Trade Services. Their admin staff are first class with their customer service, communication and booking updates. Sean/Shawn (sorry not sure of the spelling) was the engineer who carried out the work and was very professional, punctual, friendly, approachable and tidy too. Shiva was courteous, professional and serviced our refrigerated cooling and heating ducted system, he replaced parts that were making it run at low efficiency and also explained how to ensure peak efficiency.

Very professional and courteous service
I contacted Plum on Sunday via email. I then was called by them on the following Monday and they made a booking for me on Tuesday. All my dealings with them have been prompt and professional. Jacob came on the Tuesday and fixed my problem in a very professional manner. I thoroughly recommend them.

Prompt, professional heater service
Prompt, comprehensive heater service! Once again we are thrilled with Plum’s expertise, professionalism and attention to detail. We had our 7yo ducted heater serviced and the process was clearly explained right from the outset. As promised Joshua called when he was on his way, arrived well within the advised window and went about the service with no fuss. When done he then explained all the outcomes, showed us pictures of all his work and made sure he’d covered all our queries. More than happy - will definitely use Plum again and can’t recommend Joshua and his work more highly !
