The team texted me to remind me about servicing my ducted heater, which I completely forgot about as I had last done it 3yrs ago. So Thank u, I appreciated the reminder.
Setting up an appointment and making payment was easy.
The entire maintenance service was also very smooth as I got a text a day earlier and Josh even called just before he arrived. He was kind and super efficient. Thank you to everyone for an amazing experience!!

Great service
Daniel was prompt and a genuinely nice person. He went to great effort to work out the problem, explain how it could be resolved and give me options. Although the part that was broken could not be replaced and was out of warranty, problem should be fixed early next week. Thank you.

Great service. Josh took the time to explain all parts of my heater service and showed me photos of the inside parts. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommended him and will use them again.

Plum Trade Services are great
We had Plum Trade Services come out and decommission an old cooling unit with associated electrical work. Mitch and his team arrived right when they said they would and even texted 10 minutes out to let us know they were on time. The works were performed perfectly. Everything was explained to us and they cleaned up after themselves. We have used Plum before and find their service to be excellent. They arrive on time, do the work required, are friendly and communicate well and clean up after themselves. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. What more could you want! We will definitely use them again. Thanks Mitch and the team at Plum Trade Services.

Excellent service
Excellent service from making the booking with customer service right through to the job being completed. Good communication about service time frame on the day. Josh was very friendly and professional. Explained what he was doing, showed me the parts that were to be replaced, and went through exactly what he had done once he had finished. I would definitely recommend Plum Trade Services to others.

Booked in a service for my ducted heater. Professional, timely and reasonably priced. Received an SMS the day before my appointment confirming arrival time. Josh, the technician, arrived on time and explained in detail all the checks he was going to do. Took photos and would then give options as to whether a regular or major service is required. All in all, exceptional service and would highly recommend Plum for your ducted heating service.

Took the time to answer all of our questions (as we were not familiar with zoning controls) undertook a detailed service and explained everything that had been done and what were the likely upgrades or repairs required in the future. Josh was fabulous
Josh was fabulous. He was running about 15 minutes behind schedule but he rang and let me know which I really appreciated.
When he arrived he explained to me what he was going to do. He did it and then showed me photos of what he’d done.
Josh was lovely to talk with as well as very professional in his explanations of the hearing unit.
