Wow what can I say, I was dubious not ordering from a well known company but I placed my order, and that same morning I had a call to confirm my colour choice, they ensured everything I wanted and colours was perfect sending me pictures and even offered to send fabric in the post. I chose what I wanted after a very friendly conversation and it arrived in extremely quick time.
Packaged perfectly and it’s absolutely stunning! I needed some help with assembly and they assisted me through message even out of work hours!

Cannot recommend this company enough!

Absolutly faultless! Bed arrived a little earlier than we expected but that was fine with us!
They called the day before to arrange delivery and on the day, the deliver Adam went out of his way to get the bed in - which at one point I didnt think it was going to fit, the headboard is HUGEEEE!
Absolutely love the bed itself, quality is spot on, colour is amazing i love everything about it! Adam himself was a lovely guy too - thanks so much guys will deffo use you again :))

I was very impressed to begin with as ordered a swatch and it arrived quickly. Item was delivered quickly but it was damaged on one corner. They have been great at trying to get it sorted and I look forward to receiving a replacement.

One of the worst purchases I have ever made. Upon opening it I realised the main frame of the bed was horrible and cheap. I feel sorry for people who have bought it full price at £1,300!! Not worth £100!! instructions were awful and not clear and even the YouTube video was rubbish. No clear way of plugging it in to light it up and nothing like advertisement!! DO NOT BUY!!!

I ordered a kids car bed, Packaging was horrible, and it got damaged during delivery. Also the delivery person refused to deliver it to my apartment. Overall really bad experience. wouldn't recommend ordering from them.

I haven’t received the box yet but I did call and speak to a lovely lady last week who gave me an idea on delivery. So far the customer service has been great and the company are now saved for any future furniture I need to order.

I ordered a champion car bed from plush furniture. The problem was it doesn’t click into place properly on one side. After a little miscommunication. Adam called to make an offer I was happy to accept. I think the bed might be an easy fix but I just didn’t want to mess with the bed incase the company wanted it back for replacement or refund. Now I can try this and see if it works. But in my case it’ll be worth a try as I do like the bed and would feel safe putting my little one in it. Adam was lovely. Very honest man and kept to his word. Makes companies like this very trustworthy. Just a pity there was a fault with the bed. But I can’t blame the company for this as they never made the bed.

We weren’t entirely happy with the product. No fault of the retailer but, guess what, when you buy online and cannot see exactly what you are getting in the flesh, ‘errors’ as regards colour and precise style for the ‘look’ you are trying to create can happen. This is why governments introduced the rule that online buyers can return goods if not happy with them within 14 days of purchase (the Distance Selling regulations). Plush Furniture attempt to get around this by saying that once you order with them, your order is being made to your specific, bespoke requirements and there is no right of return, absent faults. Whether Plush truly manufacture goods on a bespoke basis as opposed to having a large number of mass manufactured goods to which they make minuscule requested adjustments after order (applying fabric rather than metallic buttons in our case) would make for an ‘interesting’ legal case as regards the correct interpretation of the Distance Selling regulations for someone who has more time and money than we do (although we may still challenge their policy). I will leave the point this way: if you are completely convinced that the tiny photograph you see online of the product you are ordering, which may be in a different colour to what you are ordering, is perfect, maybe Plush is the right option for you. If, having not had the ability to see the product in person, you feel you cannot be certain the product will be right, find another merchant who respects the difficulties in buying online and the Distance Selling regulations.

Ordered a double trundle bed 30th December and it arrived on 21st January as expected. I'm really impressed with the build quality, good sturdy bed with solid frame and beautiful thick fabric. Already had a mattress and this fits snugly in frame. Communication with Plush was friendly and effective. Delivery was spot on, friendly and professional. Bed was easily assembled and has remained sturdy with both bed and trundle being used every night. Trundle (single size) fits under bed with duvet and pillow made up and there's oodles of storage space left for toys, bedding etc.

My daughter got me to order this for my granddaughter, order completed 13th February,
approx delivery date 21 days in small print. Extremely Quick delivery on 15th February!!!, great communication and customer service. Appears to be of good quality and does look great. Bought a small double as small room, fitted great. Trundle moves in and out freely & easily built. All in all, we would recomend this company so far.

We ordered a kids 'champion car'bed, 2 weeks before Christmas, we requested for delivery but 25th. I did receive email updates to say the order has been placed and a second one to say it has been despatched to their delivery company "SKG" I called twice to customer service and both times I was talking to an advisor who gave me peace of mind. Customer service from plush furniture is amazing. I would give 5 stars. The bed has simple set up instructions and the finishing detail and the quality of the frame is spectacular. My Son is so happy.

However, they and I have been let down by the delivery company SKG.. I received a text message to confirm the delivery will arrive on a particular day. I took the day off work and made 50 miles journey from my current home address to be at my chosen delivery address. SKG messaged me 7 am of the delivery morning to say it's been cancelled. So you can imagine my frustration.

We ordered our bed a few months ago, it was delivered on a Saturday evening. We are really happy with it, we ordered on Internet and it is exactly as we saw on the photos.
Customer Service is definitely 5***

Impromptu visit to this shop for the first time, spotted a glass coffee table - helpful chap explained you get what you see - so we bought it. Delivery would have been additional £65 so arranged to pick it up ourselves. It was really well wrapped, the guys carried it out to our car and off we went. Unpacked, in place - one happy customer!

Had an issue with the team handling my assembly but a gentleman named Adam helped resolve the issue with less convenience. Extremely helpful and polite despite the issue with the assembly team.
