Poolpure was founded in 2007 by a team of engineers and pool enthusiasts who were frustrated with the high cost and low quality of pool filters on the market. They set out to create a better filter that would be more affordable and efficient, and they succeeded with the launch of their first product, the Poolpure Cartridge Filter.

I needed to return an item and Anna was an excellent help. She kept me up to date on how things were going. Even though I had taken awhile to return the item, she cheerfully helped me and to my great satisfaction I was able to return it.

Bait and switch
I thought I was buying from poolpure but it appears fulfillment was filter care. I accidentally ordered the wrong filter and now ups wants more to send it back than the cost of the filter. Now I am stuck with a filter that I can’t use. Never again will I purchase from you again!

I purchased a POOLPURE PLFPXST150 filter for my pool… after about 3 months it started to deteriorate… I contacted customer service and Anna was very quick to respond… and she stated she was sending me a free replacement … it has a 1yr manufacture warranty ! Thanks you Anna for all your help! :)

Excellent customer service
I purchased one of Pool Pure's robot skimmers and despite a recent power issue the product was working great.
I contacted customer service at PP and Anna worked with me to resolve the issue. She provides excellent customer service and is quick to reply to messages. All in all I'm not judging PP harshly for the robot's problem as Anna and the PP team were great to work with.

I emailed Poolpure to request advice or suggestions for a skimmer that had stopped charging properly - more than 30 days after purchase and no longer within the return period. Anna responded promptly, providing helpful pictures and diagrams to try. After attempting repair, she provided an unexpected refund! Her emails were courteous, prompt and helpful. Very much appreciated.

High Fives to customer service
We have used Poolpurefilter many times before, and have always had a backup filter on hand. We installed the backup filter purchased 6 months ago, but was defective. Customer service responded promptly, and sent me a new one.

I ordered the pollute robotic skimmer. Item arrived promptly, worked great but stopped charging after several months of use. I contacted pollute, and working with Anna, they offered a full refund. A great company, just sorry the unit did not last. I loved how it kept my pool clean.
