Poposoap Avis

I am very pleased to have a small pond now in my backyard. The fountain feature, filter, pump, and solar panel allows for a wonderful accent that draws dragonflies, bees, and many other insects; and makes a great home for aquatic plants. My dozen or so minnows have multiplied as well.

Company is very responsive. Love the product, had a small issue within warranty period, and they replaced the entire unit free of charge. Always responded to emails within 24 hrs.

Every transaction and interaction with Poposoap is great. Their products are great, and their customer service is outstanding.
Highly recommended!

Product is fine but the instructions are unclear and frustrating

My solar fountains are wonderful. I love all of the options for a fountain head. The solar panel is nice and powerful, and so are the pumps. I hope they hold up better than the last pumps. The only thing I didn't like were the instructions, especially with the larger panel. I will have to contact customer service to see if I can get better details.

My Blind box turtle loves her poposoap pond filter. It keeps the water changes to a minimum and she can hear the water with the use of the fountain. Great investment

Outstanding quick & very kind customer service . I bought 2 solar filter systems & 1 Solar aerator system for my stock tanks . Great quality ,easy to install .Also shipping was fast . I can highly recommend this company .

I love the water feature and it came quick with easy installation. I am wondering if I can get a battery backup separately.

They are impossible to contact.. There is no number to call and they dont respond to their emails.

UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and were very kind and helped me with my issue. They were very polite, kind and responsive. Good customer support makes all the difference! Thank you Poposoap!

Their solar powered birdbath fountain is fantastic - my birds love it! Also, I had a question about the product and they answered me quickly and solved something I didn't understand about product. I would definitely order from this company again.

I didn't have to wait too long for delivery. Was easy to set up and works great! Love the great variety of fountain heads and the cord connecting the fountain to the solar panel is long enough to get it into a nice sunny spot.

New pond owner here. Was not sure what type of filter/pump to get, but finally decided to get this little guy. I love it! Was so easy to set up and started working as soon as I put it in the water. Lol-I wasn’t sure if it needed to “charge up” for a while first. It’s very quiet, easy and price is right. Very satisfied!

Their fountains are the perfect addition.
Customer service is top notch as well. Really appreciate their help even when I had a faulty part.
Highly recommend.

Very happy with the 2 solar powered pumps for our high school 125-gallon pond. Easy set up. I’m hoping it will last us a long, long time.

I had a pump that stopped working and then immediately sent me a new pump and replaced the broken pump honoring the one year warranty on the pump. The new one is working great.

I had a question regarding a pond pump I purchased on Amazon. I reached out through social media and got a personal reply in a very short amount of time.

Reliable products and fast shipping!

Poposoap provided a well designed and nicely functioning solar pump that fit my needs to create a small waterfall feature for a bird bath I built. The price was appropriate, the shipping was quick, and customer service has been responsive.

Prompt delivery. Clear instructions.

This is a fantastic product! My little pond is so happy. The shipping was speedy and the setup was so easy. I’ve got happy plants and happy frogs living in a clean pond.
