Poposoap Avis

My fountain is strong, works consistently, the product arrived in safe packaging that ensured it was ready to use upon opening. Happily would recommend this company!

I was a little disappointed when my small solar pump quit working a couple of months after I received it. Contacted the company describing symptoms and my actions to correct. Their reply got stuck in trash or something, but they sent me a replacement pump and it arrived before the email. No longer disappointed. I am very happy with the performance of the pump and the quick response from the company.

I ordered a pond pump/filter. When it arrived I realized it was too small for my pond use so I returned it. The money was deposited in my account in a timely manner.

The birds love taking a dip and a sip in my new solar powered fountain.

First, they sell a wide range of solar pumps suitable for smaller water features. They are easy to set up and maintain.
I’ve been recommending the company to anyone who needs a pump.
And they also stand by their products and provide great customer service. My pump stopped working. (It happens.) They immediately offered troubleshooting advice and when that didn’t work, offered to send a new unit out.
A very good company.

I'm very happy with the Poposoap pump and solar panel kit. It's been going in my clay-filled pond for over 2 years now. The filter rapidly gets full of clay particles, but the pump keeps going. Very happy with it!

Really like the 6.5W 80 GPH solar birdbath pump. Great value. Easy setup. I had one question and got a response in one day. Would highly recommend. Just one negative. Took a long time to get it.

This is my fourth purchase of a water fountain for my goldfish pond. I had issue with one of the diverter valves and they immediately sent a replacement which works perfectly. They are a trustworthy company that delivers quickly and their products last a very long time.

I’ve bought several of the solar fountain pumps and have always had a great experience with their products. I’m sure I’ll use this company’s products again.

Awesome product. Love how clear the water is. The small issue is. Wished the pipe screwed and the the extender tightened so that is wasn't easily taken off the pump. Overall love the product. Would buy another one.

We have bought to solar filter fountains for our small garden fish pond and they work great. The are powerful, circulate the water well, and keep the pond from getting dirty and stagnant. We will definitely buy from this company again of the need arises.

The waterfall was very easy to install and the frogs love it. The only drawback has been the limited power unless there is strong sunlight. A battery option would be useful.

Poposoap replaced my pump when it ceased working with no quibbles and immediate shipment of a new pump.

One of the pumps I ordered stopped working. I contacted POPOSOAP and received a prompt response. After a troubleshooting suggestion it was determined that a new pump would be sent to me. Fast response and delivery. Great experience. Thank you!

The product shipped fast and was better quality than expected. I would order from this company again.

I really love the solar pumps they are the perfect way to have a water feature without electricity. So easy to set up and a water feature adds such a great way to enjoy your outdoor space.

I bought an areator for my pond over a year ago. Bought another one the beginning of this year and my fish are quite happy! I leave for several months during the year and the areators have not let me down. The first one stopped working and I realized that I needed new stones. Had some on hand and replaced the old ones that were covered with algae and slime. New ones on and it worked like a charm! Great company to work with if you need them. Thinking of getting a third one. I love my Koi, Goldfish, and minnows. Want them safe and healthy!

The customer service support is very responsive. I was able to call them on the telephone and we e-mailed, too. The 30W 320GPH solar pump kit works very well when the solar panel is in the full Sun. I also purchased the 2600mAH Battery Backup for when there is less direct Sun.

Customer Service was easy and they were very prompt in replying.

Exceptional customer service . I asked the AI for the smallest solar fountain & got a link & purchased it . Meanwhile cs sent me several emails to confirm the correct product for my shallow bath was correct. They asked for measurements & photo. 150% impressed. This is my 2nd purchase. Great products & company
