I accidentally added a second item to my order and they were able to help me even during a super sale get that second item canceled within 20 minutes via email. Normally I don’t get that quick response time unless I can call customer service, so this was really great speed for Email correspondence.someone named Queen helped me.

I had placed an order and was over the free shipping threshold. I forgot to order the matching bows, so I had to place a 2nd order and had to pay for shipping. I emailed customer service and got a response from Queen letting me know that she processed the refund for shipping. She was amazing to work with!

I had just placed an order when I realized the city on my shipping address was incorrect. Everything else was right, but of course I immediately panicked because I didn’t want my order going to the wrong place. 😂
I reached out to Posh Peanut customer service and they were able to get it corrected for me. They were helpful, responsive, and made the whole thing super easy. I really appreciated how quickly they took care of it and gave me one less thing to worry about!

This was my first order with Posh Peanut. My package was lost in the mail and Queen went above and beyond to help me! They watched the package a couple of days and deemed it lost. I was offered a refund, credit, or re-ship. I find it’s rare you get all of those options these days, as well as kind customer service with companies. I appreciate the help so much and will definitely make more purchases in the future!

On top of super great clothing- the fit, the material, how easy it is to wash & style.. i reached out as a post partum new mama bc i wanted to order more clothes and had lost my paperback coupon.. they responded same day with a 20% code !! Great company, clothes and customer service

The customer service is FAST, friendly and easy! I rarely have to do a return but when I need a quick answer, "The Queen" usually responds within minutes. It is nice to have the human interaction when you need it most!

I LOVE, LOVE Posh Peanut clothes and anxiously await the drops. I had a recent issue (received a damaged sleeper) and it was resolved quickly with a new sleeper immediately on the way. My customer service experience is just like all of the Posh Peanut items--AMAZING!

I placed an order over the weekend and mistakenly forgot to update my shipping address, which would mean my order would have been sent to the wrong address. I reached out to Posh Peanut’s customer service and within minutes received a response that Cherry had resolved my issue. On a Saturday no less! I’m not only grateful for her fixing the issue, but the fact that it was resolved so quickly is what sets Posh Peanut apart from other brands.

I have ordered from Posh Peanut dozens of times. There was an issue with an item that wasn’t delivered - I showed from my ring camera that the delivery driver had not dropped it off and I was sent a replacement. I was pleased with how it was resolved.

I sent an email regarding an error I made in ordering. They responded quickly and helped me correct my order with ease :)

Love the products! Amazing quality, very long lasting and such tasteful and fun themes for kids. Also really love the matching sets with mom! Order from here all the time! Also very good customer service, quick response to emails, and great with communication.

I ordered from a highly anticipated drop and got everything I wanted, unfortunately my package was stolen. Posh peanut replied to my email about my package almost immediately and after we figured out that my package was unfortunately stolen, they, without hesitation issued me a replacement order! I’ve already received some of the reshipment order and the product is top tier! Buttery soft, absolutely adorable, and ofcourse the cutest print!

I was so excited to receive my villians order , but my package went missing. I emailed the company and they got right back with me. I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to get my items again , since they were sold out , but posh came through for me.they replaced ed my lost items and they on the way!! Thank you posh peanut ❤️

Great customer service. I accidentally shipped to my old address and they fixed for me within an hour. So many companies would not do this at all, or make you cancel and reorder. This was huge because the item I ordered was already out of stock so it would have been lost.

I oredered a beautiful blue swaddle set for my daughter in law and it unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address by auto correct error and the people did not return it was afraid I would have to pay for a whole new set . Even though this was not the companies fault they sent out a new set for my new grandbaby expected August 22 …

Always quick and easy to work with customer service to help with any issues I've ever had with Posh!

This was my 2nd time purchasing with posh peanut and I made a mistake in the shipping information. I send them an email with my issue and it was fixed right away before being shipped love that they were so helpful and prompt to fix the issue. As far as the quality I love it my daughter love it too love that the princes dress are fluffy at the skirt area makes the look so great and adorable definitely recommend!
