Posh Peanut Avis 

My package came and the dress was damaged. I contacted the the company and sent photos. They told me they will send a new one right away.

I placed my first order with Posh Peanut on 7/24/2025. When I received my order and there was an issue with it, I reached out to customer service. I didnt get a response. I tried to leave reviews on facebook, they blocked/deleted them. Reached out again and no response. They literally just blocked me from both of their facebook pages.

I received a damaged product and reached out to Posh customer service. They helped me quickly and resolved the issue kindly!

I had issues with shipping - my package never got to me, which I know is not the company's fault, but they resent out the package to me and were super helpful the whole time. Great customer service! I have ordered from them plenty of times but have never needed CS support until now.

Queen was so helpful! I am in the middle of moving and was worried my items would not arrive in time since they had not shipped yet. She was able to update my shipping address to my new location, which helped my peace of mind that I wouldn’t lose my stuff in the process of moving.

I worked with the online chat with hopes to update my order. During a Disney princess drop at exact drop time when I added items to my cart it kept telling me sizes were sold out even though they were showing in stock on the website! I placed an order for a size I knew would be a little tight in a rush of being nervous it would sell out.
After placing my order every size was still available so I was obviously annoyed, I reached out to customer service and they changed the size to reflect the size I originally wanted. I took a star away because At first they weren’t willing to change it for me. After I expressed this was clearly a PP error on their website they were accommodating and fixed my order ;). I will definitely shop again!

While I was disappointed that my shipment got lost in transit, I was pleased with how Posh Peanut (Queen) helped me with the reshipment.

I placed an order on June 15, it's now July 10 and it has still not shipped and they have ignored 5+ requests for a refund.

I have been a Posh Peanut customer since my oldest daughter was a newborn. We love their products and appreciate their excellent customer service. They helped immediately when something come up and were extremely kind and gracious.
