Billing at Pothys Supermarket
Billing at Pothys Supermarket, Townhall, Coimbatore is taking too long. There are no additional billing counters open to manage the crowd. Also, there was no prior information given about closing the billing counters. As a result, customers are being left without completing their billing, causing inconvenience.

Worst experience
I bought my wedding saree from pothys and they recommended to stitch the blouse from there. They promised to stitch it in two weeks but, didn't do it. I had to collect the blouse one day before my wedding. And they did a whole different neck pattern than what i said to them(even after showing the reference). I was so stressed and disappointed with the outcome. The staff first offered to alterate it and i gave time for that; however, they didn't do any changes and told me that they can't do anything with that. I had no option but to wear it for my wedding as it is. I will never recommend anyone to do stitching from Pothys. They are not reliable and can't trust with any special outfits.

Don't tailor there
We bought a saree and they recommended their in-house tailor to do a ready made. After 3 days we went to collect and they had sewn it up side down! They then said oh we will renew except the fabric was ruined so we refused. They then refused to give us a refund or accept responsibility saying the tailor wasn't part of their business! So we did a trade for amother saree but they refused to pay the difference! And refused tailoring this one. It took a lot of yelling for us to finally get our money difference back. Not shopping there again.
