Today evening I went to tnagar pothys hyper. Sales girl told steel water bottle(Meenakshi) in offer only Rs.99 for 3 days. But in bottle price was 159. She said in billing Rs. 99 only willl be charged. After came home only noticed it was Fully 159 charged. This is cheating.very disappointed. Bill details pack no. RQ204

Don't oder online. Those guys try to scam people. Even they charged for missing product. If you call for missing product they try to blame to shipping company like FedEx. You will loose your money.
Beware of these website. The customer service really bad

The sales men and token entry man behaved so rude.Advise them to be polite and humble with the customers.

I ordered an item and made an online payment, but they claimed they didn't receive it. Despite showing proof of payment, they didn't resolve it. I called the provided phone number several times, but no one answered. Be careful not to be cheated like this.

Today we went to Pothys HYR Branch in T.Nagar all staffs were really good and helpful , Mr. Jayaraman from man's section , and also at stationary section, cosmetic section. Products are also of good quality . Thanks for your service. Keep it up

Worst experience. Have some description online for a product.after paying the description will be different in the invoice. They sent the wrong product, neither they are ready send the right one nor refund. Won’t buy anything from them online. Customer service is quite rude.none attends the phone call

I shopped at Trichy and spent about RS50,000/-. The cashier at the floor I spent the monies was not able to upload the points into my card.. He asked me to approach the customer care at the ground floor. The care officers (I) said that the system was down, (I) can’ t upload as I had enjoyed some discount. Such inconsistent information given without any verification or explanation. When I said that was not what was informed to me, she kept insisting that she was correct. I didn’t want to argue with her. I have my principles, I said I will not shop at POTHYs any longer and returned my card to them . Of course there is no loss to POTHYs because of one customer like me, but sad to see such a large shopping centre has staff who are untrained , unprincipled and do not know what they are doing. I may have lost my inherited points or what I would have got today, but it is the principle of it

Recently I have ordered sarees and Kurtha from Pothys website. All the sarees look like old saree. Looks like they are selling the sarees which are not sold in their store in online. Disappointed with the online purchase.

Went for Diwali shopping but there is no small or medium size dresss avaliable in most categories ..and the staff were not even taking efforts to try and search for somethings,but had a nice meal, please try to improve those ..

very worst customer service in t.nagar pothys in sequin designer saree section .sales person was not even ready to show the sarees .He just took only one saree and showed to us ,when we asked to show more saree,he told us to take this saree or else leave there is some other person who is waiting to take this saree.This kind of person is not fit to handle the customer.

I had bought a child chudidar and pair of earrings, the zip on the chudidar was damaged, completely came off and there was a huge stain on the back of the dress; the earrings had stones missing. I feel like because I bought this online they sent me old damaged stock which goes against consumer rights. I have emailed them for help but I have yet to receive a reply.
Update: they have agreed to give a refund for the dress which is great.

Very poor.I have bought saree cost 2500.but length is very short.very costly but not worth for the amount.
