Pothys Avis 90

I,m from Chicago, USA. I won't recommend online shopping with Pothys. I had a very bad experience. You see An add on their site that International Courier is free above 20,000 RS but after placing an order they will say you will have some customs duty fees, when it comes here courier company will contact you and say you have to pay 150$ that means around 10,000 RS within 5 days otherwise, the courier will send back to India. We will not have another choice so be careful purchasing with them, it's a trap.

I don't recommend anybody .it's waste of time.

I have ordered 2 blouse pieces which measures 1 meter each. They sent one blouse 1 metre another one 90cm and I have taken snap shot of the blouse measuring with the another 1 metre blouse which was sent by them. I WhatsApp the snap shot and one more thing is the courier has been delivered to me after 3 weeks the date which was mension in the order. The. Customer service guy says that I have to courier the blouse material with my own money , then they send me replacement material. When is said that the mistake was happened on your side, why should I pay for the courier.he says that their term and condition are like that only, then only thay replace .what coustmer service they are giving? they made terms and conditions for their benifit not for coustmer. They are playing with our money.my suggestion is not to buy in online pothys website why because we I'll loose our money & time.

I bought huggies in coimbatore pothys super market that is in very low quality like a papper unexpectable quality dont buy products in offers very upset

Price is very high...............
Parking rule is , if you don't buy any thing then they will charge 200rs / hour
this is not good.

Quality is worst. Weirdly priced. Poor service. Damaged sarees sold. Salesladies are not at all cooperative

We bought an expensive Kanchipuran saree from here and had a blouse made up as well. We were a bit nervous as one cannot be sure with sarees whether they are as good as they appear online. The saree and blouse arrived on time as promised and the quality is excellent. Based on our experience we would use this site again. The blouse was slightly tight but was easily adjusted.
