Managed to find item really love and no longer in stock elsewhere or at 4 times the price. Ordered 10. A little mix up with order no/tracking number but still arrived within 4 days of ordering. Well packaged, courier service great as well. Positive experience and would order again without hesitation.

Useless and liars
Ordered tools, 2 snow shovels. . Nothing arrived after 2 weeks. Contact customer support who say nothing in stock..? Why have it advertised if you can’t provide it.
Claim they emailed me to explain. No email, on the spam they now fill my inbox with. AVOID.

Ordered for next day delivery. Had to chase up to get a response two days later. Item did eventually arrive as advertised. So, price good, delivery good, but customer service could be better

Other than the fairly considerable delay supplying my order there are no complaints however if a delay is anticipated it would be good to explain the problem to your customer much quicker than I experienced.

Ordered some safety shoes for work. Website advised a 5 day delivery time. The order took 14 days to arrive despite paying express delivery. Customer service team however was responsive when contacted. Just the delivery times that lets them down.

Got it quickly and it was packed to resist any damage in transit,not used it as yet but am sure it will be very good

I received a new tub of Ronseal Slate' fence stain on 24th September. The lid was absolutely filthy, which would suggest that it has been hanging around for a long time. It gives such a bad impression to receive goods like that. It would have taken two seconds to give it a wipe over. Apart from that, the stain didn't look and feel quite the same. I gave it a good stir as I always do before I start painting, but it looked marbly this time and felt gritty when I was painting with it. I had used another tub up the week before which I'd had here for a while which was fine. After this new tub arrived, I painted the remaining panels, then went around touching up any patchy bits, but when dry instead of blending in, I've got lots of whitish patches in several places which I've never had before. I've taken a picture of one of the panels. As mentioned, it must have been on the shelf for some time as the lid was really dirty, and as mentioned, it was not the same this time, and I've ordered exactly the same item from you several times over the last few years.

I am yet to receive my order and ordered it over a week ago they have said it has been delivered when it has not, it looks to be the complete wrong parcel and the wrong address.

The product was as expected very good as expected from the make I chose, the delivery cost and service was poor. OK for companies I guess. check delivery cost before ordering and include in choice of supplier if only one item or small quantity required. Factor it into the overall cost. Item prices and choice very good.
