ordering is efficient, delivery not so. The previous trust pilot reviewers are well versed in a wait. I am at the 2 week waiting mark and have lost the window of opportunity to complete my project this month. lesson learnt. As John Ruskin said " if you deal with the lowest bidder , it is well to add something for the risk you run "

I ordered on Tuesday For guaranteed delivery on Friday it said order within six or seven hours for delivery on Friday. I then finally receives the delivery on Thursday of the following week. I spoke to customer services about this and they said they were sorry but it wasn’t in their warehouse and that it’s in their terms and conditions that they will deliver it late, basically so don’t choose this company if you actually want reliable delivery they don’t give a shit. I asked for some kind of discount because it actually put me out out of being able to do my job on time and they didn’t offer even a single dime saying well it’s to do with the delivery company. I’m absolutely shocked by how shit this delivery company was and this company is I’ve ordered them from them before I had fantastic service. It’s usually order one day for next day delivery and I mean literal next day delivery and this to be nine day delivery or maybe eight let’s be honest absolutely shocking so I have no qualms in giving a shit review on this and I very very rarely give a bad review because I understand the logistics of the complications involved in this complicated world that we live in but this was absolute rubbish and when I see rubbish, I call it out

However all was good, order placed on Monday and delivered Thursday, perhaps a bit more detail in the order status might help? All in all, cannot complain, first class service, thanks.

The product I bought was just what I needed..
I have given a lower star rating due to the length of time I had to wait for it! I understand it had to be ordered in, now, but there was no mention of this either with the displayed picture or with the order fo rm.

I ordered a product believing it to be in stock. No, I paid for it then waited a week without communication from power tools. In desperation I sent emails.
It finally arrived about 10 days after order.
I would suggest less reliance on a computer front end an more on person to person discussion.
Needless to say, never again, a need to improve communication I would suggest.

Look great, I haven’t used them yet. Unfortunately, the delivery time was very long.

Delivery was split into two, would have been good to know up front, as I didn't know if remaining items were missing. But a quick reply when I asked, and had an email from the carrier with follow up delivery details and second parcel received 2 days later on Monday. So all OK, products look sturdy and well wrapped.
