Power Tools Direct Avis 

The only company I could find that had everything I wanted. I now want something else I forgot but the delivery charge is more than the item - that is the only drawback. Service and communication is very good.

No idea haven’t received my order even after express delivery

Should not have bothered with fast delivery, doesn't work, company felay/ Royal Mail fault not known.
Item worked perfectly.

Slow delivery and took 2 emails to get a response. Also could not contact them by phone

Over two weeks since I placed my order it has not been received. I give credit that your customer support responded promptly on both my requests to get more info.. Updated as the order did arrive just after I posted this review

Item as described, it was packed well, and quick delivery

Excellent service, kept updated on the progress of my order, given a delivery date and tracking number. Bonus,item delivered two days early and delivery guy was extremely polite.

Very Very poor customer service! not accepting phone calls makes it even worse. The pump I ordered was delivered with the wrong hose fitting, this was a manufacturer fault not Power Tools Direct, but it is how a company responds to a problem that sets them apart. In this case they did nothing, after a couple of days of me emailing they told me they had contacted the manufacturer and were waiting for a reply. I phoned the manufacturer who said they had no contact from PTD recorded. So the manufacturer resolved the problem directly with me in a matter of hours. I appreciate things can go wrong from time to time but when they do jump on them and resolve them if you want repeat business and a loyal customer base. Also don't indicate on your website that you hold stock of an item when you don't.
I will not be buying from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The item I ordered was damaged in transit. I have requested a replacement/refund but so far have had np response.
Not having a working telephone number doesn't help

BEWARE at check out they sneakily increased the price £5.95 I looked in my paypal then saw they'd added a large delivery charge without warning. Their Advert CLEARLY says FREE delivery if ordered within 2 hours, i messaged their customer services 3 times [without reply] asking for a refund, eventually they more or less called me a lier saying the charge is not put on at the last minute its a fault with google that its google who put free shipping? not power tools direct. The next 4 messages I asked for £5.95 refund but they refused so i said Cansell my order then. so i hold my breath to see what i get???? Shambles SO BE AWARE.
Suely it would be cheaper for them to refund their overcharge as i feel sure a return delivery would cost them more?
