Zero stars actually

Zero stars actually. I ordered some very expensive shorts weeks ago. They still haven't arrived and I have had no updates. I guess I lost my money. Do not order from here

I'm a 35 year old

I'm a 35 year old, big fan of clothings brands. I tried many brands and so far Primo is one of my favorites. Like the brand and story! Good quality and good price. Only reason I wouldn't recommend is so that there is more for me.

Scam

Don't bother, it's all from China. Your order will never arrive and then it takes 10 weeks for a refund and 2 weeks for an email reply.

SCAMMERS!!!!

Do not order from this company! Like everyone else below I have been scammed!! I ordered a pair of there jeans with crosses on which cost me around £60 on sale, item arrived and felt like Shein quality, I emailed about getting a refund and explained I was not happy with the product. They then gave me a return address to China and told me to declare the product as £3 like everyone else has stated below, I didn't do that because the product is £80 worth. It cost me £20 to send the return, I took pictures of the item, before and after packaged and receipts, also sent tracked. My return has now been in China customs since the 23rd December, I've sent multiple emails and had no reply. I wish I'd read all these reviews before purchasing, but like everyone else I made a mistake.

MISSING REFUNDS

Ordered two items. One arrived damaged and sent pictures. Was offered a refund in full without returning the item after much discussion back and forth. Second item was returned , first asking me to return to china and only declare £3. I wasn’t prepared to do this as I wouldn’t be covered for any losses. Eventually they gave me a uk address. This was before Xmas and I still haven’t received a refund for either item. Owed over £100
Absolute scam. Ignore all emails once refunds are due . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Awful company to deal with

Awful company to deal with. I paid £62.20 for a jumper for my sons Christmas, it arrived and we thought the quality was ok but too small so we asked to return it and exchange for a large. They asked me to return the jumper to a Liverpool address and pay the postage which I did. The new jumper arrived but they sent an extra large instead of large, the quality was terrible so I asked to return for a full refund. They said I needed to pay the postage and return to China and declaring the item was £3, I queried why I should be paying postage when it was their error and also why am I returning to China and not Liverpool.
I have emailed them a few times now and no response to my emails. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before ordering.

Primo Collection is a scam

Scam. Terrible quality products at high quality prices. Have followed all return steps including declaring the item as £3 which another review has mentioned. I’ve only just realised what this meant if the item went missing after posting - really terrible company practice. Thankfully, the item has been sent back last Monday and have since sent 2 emails asking about my refund - not a single response received. No doubt that money is long gone. Do not buy from this company!!

By far the worst company I’ve ever…

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their reply time is shocking when I want to return an item. Added to this, when they finally let me send the item back, they wanted me to declare it as £3 which means if the item does go missing, I’d only get £3 for something worth £50+. That’s illegal. Now, since I haven’t done that, as it stands, they have decided to not pay the customs in China and now they’re investigating it but if they don’t pay them, the parcel will come back to me and I would have now wasted £75 on the item and shipping to China. Absolutely shocking company.

I purchased 2 items weeks ago

I purchased 2 items weeks ago. No items and no tracking. Have since found out it’s a company in China. Website looked like I was buying from UK. At this point I’m assuming I have lost aprox 105.00

Triumph motorcycle jacket - just rubbish

Purchased a Triumph motorcycle jacket and the delivery was very good, as were the tracking updates.
That’s were the positives end.
The jacket was allegedly a Triumph motorcycle jacket - They spelt Triumph as TRIUMP!
The jacket was allegedly a motorcycle jacket - no allowance for armour and no Kevlar lining. It’s a poor quality ‘fashion’ jacket. I use the term fashion very lightly.
The jacket was allegedly Vintage Brown Leather - the jacket is black.
I contacted the company and asked for a refund after including details and photos of my complaints.
They offered a $35 refund on a $193.73 jacket which still hasn’t been done.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Primo collection scam

Primo collection scam. Don't buy anything from this website, it is cheap poor quality clothes from china. T shirts worth $5 selling for $80. They say they have a returns policy but they don't, i sent 10 emails asking to return my items and the only time i got a response was once the '30 day return period' was over. They shouldn't be legally allowed to trade with false terms and conditions. Don't fall for the marketing. Spend your money wisely, elsewhere!

AVOID

AVOID. Products are terrible quality. They stopped responding when I returned the products for a refund. Still waiting. Had to contact my bank. Online the products looks so good but the quality does not match at all and the customer service is shocking. Do yourself a favour and avoid

Late delivery

Ordered my sunglasses exactly 12 days ago. Still haven’t received them, when I try and track the item Royal Mail are saying the are still expecting the item.

The reviews don’t lie…

I had seen the reviews and I was determined to be proven wrong, however I really wasn’t. The quality is 100% not worth the price. So don’t gamble on these guys it’s a waste of money.
