Problem shared were efficient and speedy at getting my diagnosis. Their portals are easy to use and my diagnosis was dealt with so gently and professionally. Hollie, my assessor, was exceptionally understanding, patient and made me feel validated during my assessment

Andrew at Problem Shared was excellent throughout my ADHD assessment. He listened carefully, recapped our conversations clearly, and guided the discussion in a way that helped him gather everything he needed. Although the assessment was long, he made sure to include breaks, which really helped me stay focused and comfortable. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward and easy to complete.

My assessor Beth Elliot was very professional and friendly and made the whole assessment quite stress free, as I was quite overwhelmed before the session but she made it very relaxing. Thanks

This company have been wonderful in giving me as a parent, and the school advice, guidance and understanding of the ND diagnosis. Both practioners I met were brilliant, Cerys and Kate (Seasman) were incredibly understanding and thorough, their support and advice has really helped me navigate parenting a teen with a ND diagnosis. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you!

Excellent experience today from booking to assessment. Fully kept upto date on times and dates. Session itself was for my son who is 10 on the dyslexia pathway. From start to finish our assessor Dave made myself and my son feel at ease, explaining every step clearly and with compassion. I would thoroughly recommend! Even learnt some solutions for myself in my 40’s which ahead of the report gave us somethings to try.

The platform has gone down multiple times and for very long periods of time while I've been completing my assessment form, including mid-session. This is particularly frustrating given the nature of the forms - they require significant mental effort and concentration, and repeated disruptions make the process much harder than it needs to be.
To make matters worse, the only way to contact support is by email with a 5 working day SLA, which is not acceptable when the issue is preventing you from accessing an active clinical process.
I hope they sort out their release management and support offering, as the clinical service itself seems good.
They pretend the platform hasn't gone down which is a lie. I was getting 504 errors which definitely suggests server issues from their side. Same happened the time before (a few months ago).

I had a very positive experience with Problem Shared for my ADHD assessment. I was given an extension to submit the intial forms as I became overwhelmed by them, after I submitted this I was sent check-ins to submit regularly and then was given an appointment within 3 months after submitting the forms. I was very anxious prior to my assessment however Karen put me at ease and when I kept forgetting the question she was happy to remind me. Its nice to have confirmation of ADHD. I would recommend this company for those seeking an ADHD diagnosis. I am now on a waitlist for medication which is roughly 6 to 9 months and have been provided with some psychotherapy in the interim.

I got diagnosed in January 2025 with ADHD and Autism throught the Right to Choose referral scheme. I cannot complain about the diagnose process. It was quick and everyone I spoke to was so kind, patient and really informative. My problems have start post diagnosis trying to start the medication titration process. Due to an error my doctor made in my initial referral I had to get them to resubmit the shared care agreement which they did quickly and was told I should have had my titration appointment within 8 weeks (that was the wait time at that time) come May/June when I hadn't heard anything I contacted Problem Shared and they agreed I should have been seen already and I would get put to the top of the list. I never heard anything and contacted them again in October. After issues with multiple different people responding to my emails and not reading the full chains and giving wrong information it came to light I wasn't put to the top of the list I was put to the back and the wait had gone from 8 weeks to 8 months! They eventually agreed again a mistake had been made and I finally saw the titration nurse in December. Unfortunately I was undergoing some tests at my doctors which Problem Shared need some confirmation of so said they would contact my GP. After a bit of a delay my GP sent the requested information and I have not heard since from Problem Shared despite numerous emails to all the email addresses I can find. As you can imagine for some with ADHD and Autism this is really difficult to manage. I am now nearly 15 months post diagnosis, in desperate need of medication as I'm not coping well with my symptoms at all and I feel completely let down by Problem Shared and left on my own. The roller coaster of emotions you feel post diagnosis is difficult to manage but having my hope of medication and that light at the end of the tunnel dangled in front of me by Problem Shared and constantly pulled away has made this all so much more difficult. I would not recommend Problem Shared to anyone.

I was assessed by Tafi and she was extremely kind, patient and respectful. I often struggled to answer the questions, (probably due to being 68), and I always felt listened to. I felt very emotional during the assessment after struggling for so many years and Tafi was very compassionate and considerate, never making me feel rushed or as if I was ‘too much’.
I am so pleased I chose ProblemShared for this process as they have been extremely nice to deal with - always getting back to me quickly and answering any queries I had along the way. Thank you everyone for your help.

The waiting time was much less than expected, the site was easy to use forms were straightforward to complete,
I am nearly sixty so very late diagnosis always knew there was something wrong but didn’t want to admit that there was something not right. The whole process was relatively straightforward and help readily available.

Great face to face zoom call clinical assesment with the nurse - really insightful and friendly.
Really put me at ease , and told me what I can now access on the site.
Have given 4 stars as I have not yet accessed any of the other online support or resources so I cant yet say how helpful I have found it. I am about to start to access them soon as I want to give myself time and to be in the right frame of mind.

I was seen very quickly and given feedback on the day and a report shortly after. The assessment was thorough and with explanations given. The assessment was a positive experience.
My only negative is the waiting time for medication is 5-10 months. That is a long time when struggling with mental heath issues caused by ADHD.
