I ordered a phone folio wallet for my iPhone, unfortunately when it arrived I realised I’d ordered for an iPhone 16 instead of 15 plus. I emailed and told them of my mistake, they were very helpful and told me to return the item and they would refund me. Once received a refund was issued straight away, no fuss or bother and good communication.

Easy to order phone cases, and quick delivery!!

I have ordered several Ted Baker Mirror Folio cases from Proporta and have previously found the quality great, however the last 2 occasions the quality is awful and quite apparent that the product is not genuine. The ‘leather’ case is fraying at the spine and around the edges, the case is fading and the mirror is reflects a wonky image. I have always chosen to buy via Proporta to avoid fake copies of Ted Baker cases but the last 2 times they have let me down!

FAKE ITEM!!! Ordered a Ted Baker phone case, have been buying these for years, top quality usually, but this came and I was shocked! Terrible copy! Far east type packing, not the Ted Baker green box they used to be supplied in , Cheap and nasty! No where near the quality of authentic Ted Baker cases,
Have returned this for a refund! I’m disgusted by this knock off! BEWARE!!!

Keeps my phone secure

The service received was 1st class ..from my order to delivery but since receiving my Ted Baker mirrored iPhone case,the leather strip on the inside spine side has started to already come away from the mirror ..making it baggy and now loosely fitted ..which is why I purchased a new cover as this also happened to my previous order from you ..so very disappointed as it’s a beautiful phone cover ..

Although I bought the wrong size phone case. I got my refund back within 3days. Great service and definitely will order again.

I presented the item I purchased and showed the merchant some of the small defects in the phone case . Customer service executive Kogulnath was terrific! Responded immediately and replaced the phone case with another one just as beautiful as the original one I ordered . I appreciated it very much and complimented them and thanked them for their great customer service . I wish more USA merchants were this quick in resolving product issues .

It arrived promptly a few days later but already the case has started to come apart . Not happy

Proporta is a fantastic company, I brought a Ted baker phone case and unfortunately I had problems with it within 2 weeks, but got in touch and it was no problem to send me another one to replace it, the customer service was the best I've ever dealt with with. I will definitely buy again from them.
