Proporta Avis 

I was surprised to read others had issues with Ted Baker cases. I too have bought them from Proporta for years and the latest just fell apart, so I also think the cases are fakes. No website, no number and no answer on socials or by email. Three weeks of waiting for a refund and nothing. I feel something else is going on with this company as the website has been down for months, doesn’t feel legitimate to me so I’d advise NOT buying from them if they do get back up and running.

Would rate no stars if was able to. I've been emailing this company for over a week concerning ted baker folio case that has fell apart after a couple of months. I have not received any replies from over 10 emails. I rely in on line shopping as I am disabled and to be treated in this way is just another example of treating customers with disrespect
Heard nothing after another day

I have also had the same issue with an iPhone Ted baker case. I’ve had the cases for years and years and they always last 9-12 months before showing signs of wear. This time the case started flaking off in my pocket after a couple of weeks, now it’s looks about 10 years old with no pattern left.
These have to be fakes. Like others I’m in the third email to every address I can find. One response asking for pictures and then no reply.

Have been emailing proporta for days asking for a replacement or refund on a ted baker case that has fallen apart after only 3 months use. I even sent images and payment details but they haven't replied to any of them

Can’t fault Proporta. Easy to navigate website, no issues with delivery. The product itself (Ted Baker Wallet Case) is terrible quality. The coating has all cracked and started peeling within a couple of weeks of use. I have always had TB cases for my iPhones over the years and found them perfect. Definitely wouldn’t recommend the product now.

Please don’t bother there shocking had on for 2 weeks cracked already, warranty is void please please stay away from this Brand

I’ve never had problems with Proporta ever before in buying phones cases (5 previous). This time however I’ve sent 4 emails about a faulty case I received in mid December that is broken after 5 weeks of use. I’ve NOT HAD A SINGLE REPLY. This is guaranteed for one year from purchase which they are ignoring.

Not only is their non response appalling business practice and utterly dishonest but they are illegally breaking the Consumer Goods Act of 2015. I will not contact them again, but will contact Trading Standards and make a Formal Complaint against them there. Plus, I will contact the Police in Brighton reporting them for fraud as they are not acting within the Law. I will also be contacting “Sally Sorts It” at the Daily Mail so she can warn her readers of the sharp practices Proporta uses by ignoring valid and genuine complaints about their products which they state in their Terms & Conditions of having a 1yr guarantee - not much use if Proporta refuses to reply to emails etc.

UPDATE - after endless emails I finally received my full refund of £24 today on 28th February. It’s really sad as I will never buy from them again.
