Ted Baker Phone Case

We waited a while for the phone case which was the fault of the manufacturer and not Proporta. The first case was faulty. I sent photos and this was quickly dealt with and resolved. Would definitely recommend Proporta

Replacement phone case

I ordered a new folio Ted Baker case for my iPhone 16 pro max.
It is my preferred type of case to protect the phone although it is heavier /bulky compared to other case types.
Pretty tulip design.
Prompt delivery.

Worth the long wait

Received my phone case today after several weeks that included waiting for stock to arrive and genuine mishaps with delivery
Customer service was always responsive to my queries, providing delivery updates and assisting to find resolutions to the issue.. I'm super pleased with my mirror case purchase… extending a shout out to Proporta for excellent customer care

I have to complain about my purchase of…

I have to complain about my purchase of an iPhone mirror folio phone case for several reasons.
1. When I ordered it I payed £24 for the cost of the item + £10 ( that’s 38.90 euros ) for the shipping via Royal Mail ( I chose the most expensive cost to be sure I could trace it ) .
It took 20 days to get it at home ( expected time were 6/7 days)
2. I wasn’t informed that I had to pay again €15.56 when receiving the parcel ( today)
So that’s ’s very unfair ! I payed more for the total of shipping than for the cost of the mirror folio phone case. I had not been informed about the additional shipping costs

Avoid

Have used this company in the past and have had no issues, but not the case this time.
I purchased a Ted Baker phone case on 16 October 2025 which fell apart within 2 weeks and they are refusing to refund or replace as they state the warranty is only for a year… I have had it less than two months. Takes over 24 hours to get a reply to every email and no phone number. Against my consumer rights and very poor maths and customer service skills. Avoid.

Great company to deal with

I ordered a Ted Baker phone case but within a short period of time the colour started to fade and the plastic around the mirror became unstuck. I contacted Proporta and they immediately replaced the cover with no quibble. They answer all emails within a timely manner and their customer service is brilliant.
