I ordered a Ted Baker phone case on…

I ordered a Ted Baker phone case on 1.4.25, have not received it, have emailed, no response, they have taken my money. I have tried phoning, no response.
Have used this company a few times before and no problem.
Would be polite if they just responded with a delivery time.

No postage packaging

No postage packaging, my address label was stuck to the product plastic wrap. The phone case was lightly damaged with indentations from the delivery process. Decided to keep as eventually it will be worn from use but it would be nice if it arrived sparkly and new.

I’ve placed order on 23rd of March. I still haven’t received my order, I’ve sent several emails and messages, but unfortunately I don’t get any response. I’m very disappointed, I’ve already paid for item and there no update if it has been ordered or not!

Delayed order issue- now resolved

Updated review
Order 3+ weeks ago, no update; unable to track and no response to email.
Payment taken at point of order. Was very concerned, but eventually received a response to say they had experienced delays and my order would be shipped.
Received it today ( over 5 weeks) and happy with the outcome.
I just wish they had informed me about the delay before I complained.

I ordered a Ted Baker case 3 weeks ago and haven’t yet received. No notification of delay but payment has been made. I have used this company before but not sure will again as would like confirmation of delay.

I would buy again

Great company. Item was a little delayed and had to chase, but great communication and it did arrive eventually. Packaging was clear and you could clearly see item was a phone case so thought this may be tempting to some.

Is this a fake product…. not same quality

I have used my phone cover since New year. It has already faded. And it wasn’t cheap. Seems like a fake product as this is my eight case and has never happened before!! I will be lodging a complaint!!

Excellent Customer Service

Good product, easy to order and quick delivery.
Unfortunately had a slight problem with the phone case and had to contact the company. My query was dealt with immediately and sorted out. Excellent service and one happy customer, thank you. Would not hesitate in recommending this company and will definitely use again.
