Great course tutors , with excellent knowledge and support during the course.
Maths tutors found difficult to understand though.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience with Julie Dixon, my course tutor who is not only knowledgeable but has a wealth of experience to back it it. I enjoyed the assignments, the information sharing and mostly the discussions about the social care sector and our passion for supporting vulnerable people as good practitioners. Thank you for your patience and encouragement Julie!

Quite simply my tutor Marilyn , Im sure the rest if the staff there at protrain solutions are great aswell but i virtually only had correspondence with Marilyn and she went over and beyond to help me which i am forever grateful for . The course itself was okay but it was the personal struggles that i was facing during the course and outside of the course which i thought would stop me from completing it but Marilyn and her manager ( whom im also grateful to ) gave me the support and chances to stick with it and get iover the finihing line so to speak .Without her human touch and understanding of my situation she gave me the motivation to finish and the time.
Most tutors would have given up i feel but she didnt and i recommend Protrain-solutions very much .

It was a great experience to study this course. I learned a lot about health and social care and now I am ready to work. My tutor was very helpful and supportive all the time and always encouraged me.

I enjoyed reading and taking this course and i like that the company is very helpful especially with time. I miss my deadlines for assessment submission most times because of my work, but i still get grace from the company to come back to it. I recommend. I had Bobbie Davies and Sharon Jenner as my tutors and they were both very friendly and provided me with clear, helpful feedback on my assessments. Bobbie was very understanding and replied to my email straight away when I needed an extension on an assessment due to an emergency, which I really appreciated. Once my course was completed, Sharon offered me some useful advice on different steps I could take next. I found that these tutors have really added to my enjoyable experience of this course by supporting me through the process.

The NVQ was enjoyable but what made the difference was my tutor, Sharon always plans the units to suit the person and will always support not only for the NVQ but for any matter you are learning in you role.

Honestly the best experience I would recommend to anyone.

She understands how I work and how to get the best out of me. she meets with me regularly and makes it clear what is expected of me at every step. very quick turn around of marking work.
