A huge thank you to Pro Train who got me through my level 1/ 2 math and level 2 English.

These qualifications were standing in my way, in applying for university.
I will be applying for my university course in February and hope to be studying by September.
I really couldn’t have done it without ProTrain who really helped reframe my mind with regard to the worst subjects ever!!

I am passionate about working with young children and helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and in life.
I believe that every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential, and working in a nursery is one way that I can help make that happen.

After several changes of my tutor i was finally settled down with Michelle, she has been really supportive with any changes that i had to make etc and has really made me feel confident in what i was doing. She helped me get back on track and has been very positive to work with. Im gutted that she’s now leaving and i hope things do not go downhill from here. It has taken a while to complete my course with pro train, partly due to personal circumstances and taking a couple of breaks but also due to several changes of tutor. I had 3 Tutors, all of which were great. However when on a break from learning I repeatedly emailed my current tutor to ask to get back to learning whilst I had some time off work in the summer. After no response I called the company and as it turned out my tutor had actually left - no one told me. It took a long time for another tutor to be assigned so I missed my opportunity to finish my work over the summer. Michelle was lovely and really helped me to reach the end of the course and to gain my qualification finally! As a whole the tutors are great but feel they are over stretched with students.

My assessor Michelle has been incredibly helpful during my course.She is very friendly, positive, approachable and always ready to answer any questions that I have. She is extremely supportive to get me back on track after my break in learning, reassuring and praising me for my work.

Great online learning and my tutor Donna has been amazing! She’s always supportive and is happy to give advice and help when needed. She’s made my Level 3 course a really positive experience.

Michelle was the perfect tutor for me and I have really taken off in my career with her support.

My assessor Michelle has turned my apprenticeship experience around! She has always provided me with reassuring but constructive feedback to help me progress as best possible. Michelle is positive, friendly and approachable which has definitely saved me any doubt when asking questions or advice I have had throughout my training. Michelle is also extremely reassuring and praiseful which has definitely boosted my confidence while completing my apprenticeship! Would definitely recommend completing an apprenticeship through PTS.

I am about to complete my NVQ Level 3 with PTS. Michelle is a great assessor and very knowledgable. She has been very supportive in helping me to complete my course especially when I have been unwell. She goes the extra mile to help us.
The lessons were informative.

Very professional and great place to obtain your further education and training. I have failed so many times in doing different classes and trainings, but this time around I have found my team. My assessor Jay is looking after all my possible needs.

The lessons were concise and our tutors are all cordial. The best thing is if the lesson is challenging they offer extra revisions until you are certain you are confident to sit the exam. I couldn't have done it without their support.

An amazing support from all the team to be able to complete successfully my NVQ Level 5.

I have not had the best time on my level 3 course. My SEN support with Rachel Cross has helped me get through the course. Having calls every 2 weeks helped me stay focused and get up to date with my work. Having Rachel's support has really helped me make it through my course. Thank you Rachel!

My tutor was excellent and very understanding. The course is easy to manage and the tutor set out the right amount of work each month to complete the course on time.

I'm glad I'm doing my course with Professional Training Solutions, although I'm only at the beginning, it's been an enjoyable experience, with lots of positive feedback.
