I've been using Puffin Cottage Holidays for several years now and they are a vast improvement on the previous letting agency. It's a local, family run business which provides marketing, holiday let booking, cleaning and laundry services under one roof, which is a distinct advantage. Puffin are quick to respond to issues , easy to contact, always pleasant to deal with, and through their advertising and marketing effort, we achieve the required 182 days letting per annum on our commercial holiday let to stay on business rates.

We have rented our property with Puffin Cottage holidays for four years and are so happy with the service they offer. We know our property is in good hands. A spacious bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood yet only 15 minutes walk to the town beaches. The accommodation was comfortable and well equipped with the garden being ideal for dogs.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, right on top of the sea. Stunning views. We had a problem which was swiftly sorted out and had contact with the owner who was most apologetic. I've already booked for the same week next year and can't wait. The house is steeped in history from the massive rooms even to the cellar where the rubbish is stored!

Excellent information - full, prompt and detailed given prior to visit and supplied in the apartment itself via handbook and signage. Dealings on the phone were commendable too - staff are friendly and professional. Contact available 24/7 if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to book through Puffin again - very happy with the service given.

We Use this family run company to run our holiday let and i must say it was the best decision we made. From first meeting the owners and having the professional photos carried out and right throughout the process they have been nothing but helpful. They have run our flat for 3 years and deal with the cleaners, help out if there are any problems for guests which can happen so sent a locksmith for a sticking lock, plumber to clean a shower trap and do answer the phone if a guest needs help with things they are not familiar with in the property. That is why i would recommend them to both owners and visitors alike as i have had bad experiences in the past when staying through other agents myself and Puffin cottage holidays have been nothing but helpful in every way. They take the stress out of owning a holiday let

Puffin manage our holiday let in Tenby. We live in Yorkshire. I thought it would be stressful owning a holiday let long distance. However, as the friendly team at Puffin always give 120% this has taken the stress away. Couldn't fault the service they offer.
