I had a very difficult time with this company. Firstly, it took 11 days to arrive and then they had sent me the wrong product. Secondly, I was offered 20% off to keep it but I didn't want it. I demanded a refund, which after many repeat emails, I eventually got confirmation of today.

Beware! No item sent and still no refund two months later. Contact your bank before the time limit!

Moved and ordered from punk case UK
Said item was sent- wasn’t, offered a 20% refund as product wasn’t in stock and would be 2/3 weeks before restock
2 months later and the same spouting of crap
Demanded refund- received nothing
Avoid like the plague
Shame because “Australia branch” is brilliant and we have sworn by there products!

Total scam, claimed it was despatched, then claimed out of stock, offered 20% discount, then told a full refund would arrive within 10 days, 2 months later I keep getting thebsame copy and paste answer about refund, 3rd party customer service, avoid at all costs.

PunkCase UK is just a front for a US based business. I placed an order on June 12th that allegedly shipped the same day. When using the DHL Tracking Link they sent me. My phone case showed it had been in New Jersey for over 10 days. When I contacted them to ask for their help in expediting. They eventually replied saying they’d actually no stock and would not have any for 2-3 weeks. They kept offering me a 20% discount for the inconvenience, but would not confirm how or when they would pay this ? Or answer of my other questions ! I’ve now cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund. In my personal opinion their customer service is woeful !

I would not rate this fake company at all. I agree with everyone else that this company is BOGUS. I placed an order in mid December 2025 and I’ve not received it. Like others I’ve asked for a refund only to receive the same response “your money will be refunded to your account within 5-10 business days. It is now 18th June 2026 and I’m getting the same message from them 5-10 business days.
To all the other people who have been ripped off. I have contacted PunkCase via their website and I’ve asked them to give me their address in the UK.
Watch this space.

Appalling company. They promise a quality item, take the money, 6 months later and numerous emails, nothing. The tracking number appears, then disappears without explanation. Their responses are incomprehensible. They say the item is coming, or they will give a discount, or will refund the money but nothing ever materialises.
Don't go near them!!!

If you had a zero rating I would give this company it .Ordered 2 cases ( not cheap ) no cases arrived .Got given the same reason as most people have had and that's there not in stock
Asked for a refund and have heard big fat zero from them .

It would be zero stars if I could. Website said product delivered in 7 to 10 days. I ordered and paid. Tracking said order dispatched, but made no progress beyond NJ depot. When I contacted them, they had no stock and 3 to 4 weeks lead in. I cancelled order and asked for a refund. Over 5 weeks later, no refund and they won't reply to me emails. Basically a scam.

They took my money and haven't delivered. Only communication I've had was from someone who couldn't be asked to read my message. Since then? It's been crickets

Please please don’t buy from this company , great if you don’t get a problem but awful when you do , my product wasn’t delivered and they confirmed it was lost in transit , but now I’m left trying to speak to an automated response and impossible to get through , it’s cost me my money and no product, please don’t go through what I’ve been through the last 4 months , you can’t get through to a real person

Scummy individuals. Ordered a case for my son believing that Punkcases was an established and reputable brand. On this occasion it didn’t occur to me to think otherwise and check the reviews as I typically do as a matter of course. Ordered 13 Nov and now 23 Dec and nothing has arrived. ‘DHL’ tracking link doesn’t work and no replies to multiple emails. I shall simply contact my credit card company to deal with the issue. Well done scumbags, you’re making the world a worse place, hope you like what you see in the mirror.

Gutted didnt read reviews. Uk address is a dupe, item "comes" from America. Mine shows registered with DHL 2 weeks ago and 0 update on tracking or reply to company chasing it being sent

I am trying to get my case replaced as one of the rubber buttons fell off after a few years, and they are guaranteed, BUT they want an order number for something I purchased years ago,I just hope they are good on there guarantee and ship me a replacement

Ordered phone case several months ago, case never shipped, never received a refund despite several emails. DO NOT USE. COMPLETE RIP OFF FOR OVER PRICED GOODS.

They do not answer emails and you don’t get your goods .

A total rip off. The company send you a DHP delivery link that eventually expires. They don't reply to your messages either.

I've not received my goods after 6 weeks or ever expect to. There's no way to get your money back. The company shouldn't be allowed to trade. Disgraceful.

Steer clear of these thieving vermin. Truly dreadful! You've been warned ⚠️
