Not being able to spend the reward card you would like to is a let down.a
Rubbish reward I would like to be able to spend the reward on things that I need like food shop or clothes,this reward just goes back into BT wallet.

For a start, itold the operator i didnt want a digital reward car d as i havent a clue how to use it. An absolute stupid thing to give an elderly person. They just didnt listen

Haven't used it yet, but a bit disappointed that I can't get the card into my phone wallet which means I can only use it on line....

Tried to use card in store at M&S…
Tried to use card in store at M&S Norwich but they did not have facility to enter card number at till , so tried to download card to Googlepay , but got an error message saying , card not acceptable to Googlepay.

Setting up the virtual debit Mastercard was no different than most online banking applications. The card could then be used as a simple debit card or added to something like Amazon payments as an option

As easy as using any card
It's as easy as using any other card for online purchases. The only downside is that you can't go over the card's balance, and most stores don't allow you to split payments between multiple cards. It would be great if there were an option to add money to the card, allowing users to top it up and make purchases that exceed the card's original limit.

We are happy to hear you were overall pleased with your card. This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to use gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.
As it is a one-time use card, unfortunately it cannot be topped up.

Difficult to access but easy to use
I found it very difficult to access the card ready for use. There seemed to be a lot of stages and a lot of glitches along the way. Once I finally figured it out, with the help of an operator, it was easy to use for purchases.

Found it quite tricky to set up and…
Found it quite tricky to set up and disappointing that I have to spend the exact amount on card as retailers don’t allow split payments on line (unless I have missed being able to do that), therefore there will be left over balance on the card and no explanation as what do do with this so I don’t get cargoes for an unused card. Resolving the problem or being able to donate any balance to charity would be good.

For my 1st purchase the card worked…
For my 1st purchase the card worked perfectly. For my 2nd purchase the company would not accept the credit card, even after trying twice. So quite disappointed.
