This card was very difficult to access and took perserverence to get ! They were not sent automatically Eventually we were able to get it and we used it by buying a Tesco gift card otherwise we would... Voir plus

I would prefer the reward card to be a gift card rather than MasterCard. I tried to use in a shop but they do not type in card numbers and online it can't be over the value of the card as online shopp... Voir plus

I still do not have it!!!!!!! I must have called BT at least 20 times. I cannot log into my account. Set new password, it accepts. Come out, go back in, says password wrong. I did once get in, whilst on phone to BT in a call that lasted well over an hour. We saw a picture of card, got it's number & expiry date. Told I could spend instantly. Tried. Don't know security code so purchase rejected. Tried to go back in. Can't, wont accept password, change it, says o.k. try to log in, spits it out....... Told will call back next day, told physical card wiil be with me soon as requested on 11th June, told lots of things, nothing ever solved and promises not kept.
Annoyed and feel conned. The £70 card was a factor in my choice of this WiFi package. Never been able to get into BT app. No idea how much billed.
Was very difficult to obtain the card which was a reward for changing broadband supplier
First, BT told me to start the process the day after I agreed the deal. Logged into MY BT but it wouldn't work. They chased me to do it again later, but still wouldn't work. Finally worked when the line went live.
The card is in fact an online one, so you can only use it up to £95 - the value of the card, and online purchases don't have a second means of payment for sums over £95. Downloading it in the first place was a trial and I'm quite IT literate.

I have downloaded this card but have no idea where it is or what it looks like.
Tried using the card online but no use by date therefore could not complete transaction
it was nice to hear I was getting an unexpected gift card but very disappointed when I tried to use it when shopping as it is not contactless and can only be used on line or by phone - which I don't use.
My experience of getting this virtual reward card registered was confusing, convoluted and frustrating. After spending roughly about 6 hours total speaking to different advisors at BT and BTPurecard it was finally resolved. I think this is intentional on the BT side, as a lot of people would have just given up. Why they can’t just discount your bills to the value of £80 but instead they get the customer to do all the running to get their cards registered and I don’t mind technology but this….
In the end a BT advisor spent at least 45 minutes for me getting the card set up ready for me to use. Hence my low score review.
Easy to use and a nice thank you for staying with BT after some issues with an upgrade

The only improvement I would suggest is providing more regular updates on the reward status, as waiting for the card can be a little unclear. Overall, I'm happy with the reward and the service."

You cannot use the card as part balance. Card rejected many times. Has to be under the £70 balance or whatever is left on the card. Very inconvenient. Didn't like it. Instead of a "credit card" , BT should offer a git card that works as a contactless card. Would make things much easier.
