Would be good if I have a physical card…

Would be good if I have a physical card as it’s a hassle to log into account and use the card. I was in a shop one day and was unable to to log into account and use the card.

That its only a virtual card and not an a actual card I can take to the shops

Great card but BT awful

The actual pure card is great but I had a nightmare claiming it from bt. It was really difficult to get into my account and it took multiple phone calls to bt to finally get them to claim it for me.
That being said once I got the card it’s great

We do appreciate you feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Log in problems

Set up the card and then when I went to use it could not log into my account. I have put the whole thing aside just now because I can tell this will be a long drawn out process.

Painful

Painful. Miscommunication from BT initially led to multiple phone calls, the digital card then arrived the next day after being told it could take 30 days. Then when you go to use on the online shop that they advertise on their own platform as being somewhere to use it, which evidently means there’s some reciprocal arrangement between Pure/BT/EE, it won’t allow you to use the balance towards a purchase. Now waiting for the physical card to just go and use it in person. A good deal from BT, but fulfilment and usability is very poor.
