Free money with a cost

I wanted to top up but this isn't allowed so ended up using the money and left 95p unspent. As it's was a reward voucher, just left it

Rubbish

Rubbish, you can't spend it anywhere apart from online, ridiculous 🙄 oh and you have to wait for over 3 months to get it with bt,

A difficult activation process

While it's nice to receive a £50 bonus, the process for activating the reward card was onerous and contained too many steps, most of which could allegedly be done online yet I had to call the call centre twice for help when this didn't work.
When I was offered the card it was sold to be as available to be offset against my BT bill, but I still can't work out a simple way to do this.

Found it difficult to download

Found it quite difficult to download, when eventually did I was able to see a virtual gift card with account and cvv numbers but now can't find card on my mobile at all so unable to start using. 😢

The Pure Card is Virtual, however it isn't added to digital wallets.

You can spend the card online like any usual Mastercard, by entering the card numbers at checkout.

To find your BT Pure Card number, log in to your account at purecard.com and navigate to "View my card" to display the card number, expiry date, and CVV.

Easy to use

Easy to use. I had an issue finding loading my card details and emailed the team. I got a reply within 24 hours and the issue was resolved.
Excellent service.

Very disappointed

I found it very difficult to action. It seems to only work digitally and I am not able to do this being in my 80s. I think it can only be used online and I only shop by going into a store so I feel upset that I have lost the use of the £95 which I had hoped to use.

Reward card

I was pleasantly surprised by thr reward card. At the time I received it I was in a bit of a hard placed the card enabled me to use at my local grocery store to get all the food that I needed. So thank you BT.

not as useful as it seems

it’s not something i can spend right away. the cash is not transferable so it feels out of sight out of mind. i don’t think i will get round to spending the money on this card online until i have a big purchase etc
