Difficult to use
I have been trying to use this over the last couple of weeks as part payment for some items. Apart from the websites tried not taking part payments, I have found that some retailers have never heard of this card and would not take it as part payment over the phone.
So far, absolutely useless. It looks like I am going to have to make smaller purchases online with 🤞.

There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

What a palaver. Way too fiddly to set up and then five minutes after getting the card I bought amazon vouchers. It's just too many steps to get the card.

Can not add to the card
One major failing of this card is the lack of ability to add funds... Unless you find something the exact value of the card then some of it is going to be wasted... As few retailers allow you to split purchases over 2 cards...if you could add your own funds you could add the difference and get full use of the funds

The BT Pure Card is virtual, meaning that it will not be arriving via the post. Instead, it will be sent to you via email.
If you login to your account and click the card info tab, you will be able to view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

Card that doesnt work nowhere
Theoretically, I can only shop online with this card. Believe it or not, I can’t make purchases at any store.
On top of that, I’m logged in on my phone’s browser and can see the card details. But on my computer’s browser, I can’t—it says “credentials don’t match.” I’ve changed the password on my phone three times, and it always worked, but on the computer, it still doesn’t match.
When I try to reset my password using the "Forgot your password" button, they ask me for my card ID—but they only ask for 9 digits, even though the email they sent mixes letters and numbers, and I can't enter letters in the card ID field.
Absolute dogshit, this is the worst prepaid card service I’ve ever experienced—stay away from these guys.

All tooooooooooo hard
It was all too difficult and it’s a nightmare as you have to spend the exact value of the card to use it in full. You should be able to use it as a gift card and then top up any payment with your own credit card - but no one lets you do that. Had to speak to by 4 times about it and the card people 2 times who did not help. An appalling difficult thing to get and use.

You can find the relevant card numbers via your login that you created to activate the card under the 'card info' tab, which you use at checkout like any standard transaction.
