I Computer nummupersonally have found it very…

I personally have found it very difficult to spend my card anywhere, I tried to buy myself a new golf club in my local golf shop , all went well until the shop wanted the 3 security code and I wasn’t able to find it so have been unable to spend any money. I’m obviously not very computer savvy like many older people.

When I tried to use it

When I tried to use it, there was a considerable delay of in receiving the validation code each time. As a result I had to keep trying untill the code was received and I could purchase items. Because of this I decided to use the whole amount on one purchase. I never want to have a pure card again.

Reward card

I would prefer the reward card to be a gift card rather than MasterCard. I tried to use in a shop but they do not type in card numbers and online it can't be over the value of the card as online shopping only accept 1 payment method. I still have half the balance to use which is frustrating.

Once the card was setup it was easy to…

Once the card was setup it was easy to use. I gave my partner the details and she ordered online and I passed on the verification code. 10/10 would be happy to use again.

This rating is for both BT who have…

This rating is for both BT who have given this purecard to us. The card is only usable at EE website Tech category only. I already posses several tech gadgets and not interested anymore.

Also, the purchase process is a useless. If your card has a balance of £200 and you are purchasing anything worth £500, you need to first pay £300 with any other card and then the balance £200 with this card. if the seller website doesn't allow you that, your purecard is completely useless.

Not brilliant

Have 4.30 left on the card which i can't spend anywhere because you cannot use it as part payment for things

One of the benefits of having a digital card is that you can access the card instantly without having to wait for postal delivery but that does come with the restriction of having to use it for online purchases only but we do hope that you have had an easy experience using your card.

It took four months to receive card…

It took four months to receive card .can only use it on line ,i don't shop on line ,its on my phone have to sign in every time I need to use it .couldn't use it in Argos because perchance was over £100 and could pay extra either cash

If you login to your account and click the card info tab, you will be able to view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

A lot of hassle for £25 which

A lot of hassle for £25 which, for me, will probably be of no use
It can only be used on line where I use another card. Most retailers will not allow another card to be used in conjunction with it and with a £25 threshold I assume that anything above that will start a line of credit with the originators of the card
