Card was used on phone when my phone…
Card was used on phone when my phone was stolen. Ive made about 15 calls to sort this out and given conflicting information every phone call.im sat with no rewward bad customer service and a headache to sort anything out. Was looking at extra services (just moved to a new property)but now debating jist changing supllier service has been horrendous since i joined

I wasn't able to use the card it only sends you to a tech site where you are unable to make a purchase to the value of the card
Im happy to say that following a not so good review I was provided with helpful information which gave me a better understanding of how to use the card which increased my review rating..

Pure Card is a virtual/digital card loaded with funds to spend and can be used online like any other Mastercard.
You can find the relevant card numbers via your login that you created to activate the card under the 'card info' tab, which you use at checkout like any standard transaction.

Bit of a pain
Bit of a pain to remember to claim the card. Then there were lots of hoops to jump through to get the card. Then you can only use it online. It's tricky to spend it all without being left with a small amount on the card which you then can't spend online because you can't split the purchase between more than one credit card. In future I will immediately use the whole purecard to buy an amazon gift card or similar.

Great card just a shame it can be used in stores or added to Google pay. Easy to use online tho for purchases and they also checked with me it was me using it so secure too.

A waste of time when I already have debit and credit cards.
It is another virtual debit card I have to carry around to be able to use it for small purchases. Using my BT £75 value card on the internet is pointless as most purchases are over £75 and the item transactions do not allow my payment to be split between to different payment cards.
Furthermore, if I use the card in smaller amounts, I have to check first to see if there is enough. What a hassle when your out shopping!
I would much rather have £75 credited to my BT account than have the complication of trying to remember where and when I can use this card before its expiry date.

We do appreciate your feedback regarding the fact the card is virtual and that there is a spend limit. This card does work in the same way as a bank card and a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to use gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.
