Aged 82 I am unable to use a virtual card unaided

I am 82 years old. I also have essential tremor which gives me shaking hands making it extremely difficult to order things online. A virtual card is a nightmare. I will not be able to use it without help.

In this case the reward card is only offered in a digital format. It would be worth speaking to BT directly however, to see if they maybe able to offer an alternative so you have an easier time with the reward.

Undecided

To be honest I have not used the card yet. The problem with the card being online is remembering when to use it. I would prefer something I can add to my google wallet. I would also prefer to be able to use the award as I want to and not be restricted by the affiliations of the card company.

I've not been able to use my BT Purecard as there doesn't appear to be an android app and no one has come back to me

In this case, you do not need an App to receive and spend your Pure reward card. You simply create a login, follow the steps and activate your card. You will then be emailed the card details to spend.

The card cannot be added to digitals wallets however.

Can't activate the card because the code to activate that they "just sent" doesn't arrive in under twelve hours. The code is only valid for ten minutes...

I was dubious at first

Waste of everyone’s time trying to do a split purchase

Why can’t your company give a normal credit card which everyone understands

The BT Pure Cards are virtual so nothing will arrive via the post on this occasion. We can see you have activated your account so all you need to do is login, go to 'My account' and then 'Card details'. This will show you the relevant card number for you to be able to spend.
