Everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I think there is an excess of paper that could be avoided. I had the application on line, also in the post. Then 2 letters in the post confirming.

Got to say Pure Retirement are great, they explain the whole process, and give honest advice, and very pleasant people to talk to

Being in my eighties I guess I can be considered in the “vulnerable “ category. Initially i contacted Pure Retirement directly who after I identified myself advised that they didn’t see any issues regarding my application. They did say that I needed to apply through a financial advisor. I thank god that I had previously used the services of Best4umortgages. Without Natalie’s help and persistence I may not have been successful. I accept that I had solar panels installed did incur some questions. However when the surveyor inspected my home I thought I had answered all the questions correctly. However this was not the case. But instead of taking the surveyor’s word, Pure Retirement decided to start questioning. Whereas I understand why they had to ask the questions. Why oh why couldn’t they ask all the questions at once. No they asked one which was answered immediately, a week later another question which was answered immediately. Then a week later another query. This went on week after week. So much that I thought that the person in Pure Retirement only worked one day a week and really wasn’t knowledgeable. So if Pure Retirement want a positive feedback then they should get their own house in order. As it stands I personally would not recommend them to anyone. However I most definitely would recommend Natalie and her team at Best4umortgages.

I made my request on line, I followed it through by receiving information by email. I received a call confirming it was me . Once my form was signed and sent back I received the funds in my account within 4 days

My Dad used this service to release £35,000, he’s sadly now passed away and I’m dealing with his estate. The amount due to repay now stands at an eye watering £120,000! The balance increases by approximately £700 per month. I urge anyone considering this service to look in to in throughly, the interest is exorbitant, license to print money.

Excellent communication from start to finish and the cash release only took a few days despite there being a bank Holiday weekend.

The process of borrowing more funds from my drawdown reserve was fully explained to me and the required amount was paid into my account within two weeks of my application.

The request I made for drawdown funds proceeded without a glitch. It did take a bit longer than I anticipated but in retrospect I feel the security was solid which I like. All round good job.

Pure Retirement are experts in their field, the services they offer are excellent and their staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly without being pressuring. Highly recommended.
