I can't praise this company enough , huge thank you to Conner , and Phillipa for all there help , we were stuck in a mortgage we though we would never get away from , but Conner and Phillipa worked hard to get a mortgage to suit us . We were on the verge of losing our house but thanks to this amazing company we will get to keep it and pass it on to our children. Thank you again Conner and Phillipa amazing people .

As I was doing this solo, I felt I needed a little more guidance, they really carried me through the journey, communication was great, smooth service from application to completion.
Are the fees slightly higher? yes, but you certainly get what you pay for, at a faster pace, Would highly recommend.

MMF got us a mortgage in principle very quickly and when we found our perfect property and had an offer accepted the were quick to get us a mortgage offer. Jack, Kelvin and Michala were great throughout and would recommend MMF and this amazing team to everyone

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things I have ever had to go through, nevermind with adverse credit, BUT, Hayley Upton and Co and My Mortgage Finder is an absolute gem. From the first point of contact, right through to getting our mortgage offer, Hayley was always at the end of a phone call, email or even a wee WhatsApp message. I highly recommend using MMF and especially Hayley, if you're ever struggling to get a mortgage.

I have been with My mortgage finder since 2025 when I was going through my first purchase , sadly that didn’t go through due to the sellers side and issues with it . All through this time Isabelle was really supportive and Pepper were really good and understanding of my situation . As first time buyers we were anxious and unsure of the whole process. Couldn’t recommend my mortgage finder enough! Connor was amazing and would fit in calls around us including very late when needed which we appreciated. They always replied very quickly and told us everything we needed to know and updated us often. Made things really smooth. Connor, Faye and Dylan have been amazing

Extremely disappointing experience and poor handling of my mortgage application.

I applied for a mortgage in principle and was charged a £1,999 fee upfront. I was assured the process was straightforward, but the information I was given proved inaccurate, and the application was mishandled from the start. AIP was originally issued, but no full checks were conducted, after a late payment on a monthly mortgage payment due to having to pay their charges all of sudden stopped any further progress

When issues arose, communication became slow and unhelpful, and I was left to chase updates myself. At no point did I feel the situation was managed professionally or with any urgency.

I raised a complaint, but the response was dismissive and failed to address the core problems. I have since escalated the matter to the Financial Ombudsman due to the financial loss and the way the case was handled.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before paying any upfront fees or relying on the advice provided.

***UPDATE***

The situation has unfortunately worsened since my original review.

After I raised legitimate concerns about how my mortgage application and the £1,999 fee were handled, the company asked me to remove my review, stating they “can no longer work with me” due to a lack of trust.

They also told my wife that I had “called their office raging”, which is simply untrue; they called me, and I remained calm and factual throughout.

This attempt to rewrite events and pressure me into removing a fair review has only reinforced my concerns about their professionalism and transparency.

Rapid turn-around time and good responsiveness, especially thanks to from Michala. Also, Jack, Kelvin, and Kerry in the team.

This Team worked hard to get me a mortgage offer, even when it seem it would have happened they keep pushing and providing us with relavant updates. These updates allow us to improve our chances of getting the mortgage offer. A job well done, a hard fight but we got there in the end.

Just want to make special mention of the staff: Brandon Gibson, Connor Mohun, Laila Wheatley, and others. Thanks for not giving up.

5* isn’t enough for My Mortgage Finder. My wife and I were first time buyers, and the process was of course very daunting, but Harry & Emily made it seamless made sure we had no concerns at all. Excellent service, highly recommended. Thank you both so very much for making our dreams some true.

I have really struggled to get myself into a position where I could get a mortgage and was actually terrified to even try, but Jonathan, Connor & Faye at My Mortgage Finder have been absolutely brilliant. Connor guided me through the process, no such thing as a daft question, and really helpful advice. Once we got an Agreement in Principle, Faye then kept me up-to-date with everything the lender required for underwriting, and answered every request promptly and professionally.
