What a journey we’ve been on with Beckie from When the Bank Says No. The name is perfect for the service and support they offer because although one (or perhaps more) banks may say no, Beckie surely does not! It can be a scary time moving home. Full of uncertainty, anxiety and pressure for things to go right but we had the best help through all of it. We can’t thank Beckie and the team enough for sticking with us throughout, keeping our spirits up and pushing for the result we needed. No one will give you a remortgage. Come back to us in 12 months. After nearly giving up I come across WHEN THE BANK SAYS NO. They have helped me massively. I can not thank them enough.
