Our dog loves them!
Our dog Hudson loves the staff at purplebone and we love the way he looks when we collect him. They turn him from a matted mutt into a showstopping cockapoo. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My Dog Loves Purplebone Even More Than I Do
I have nothing but good things to say about Purplebone. I have been taking my dog to the Kings Road location for over a year and he always comes out looking great. I think the best indicator is that he gets excited when we arrive at the shop and clearly loves the staff -- a sign that they must spoil him terribly!
The one time that there was a scheduling error, they handled it efficiently the professionally. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone.

Schnauzer cut
The cut has always been excellent however on his last cut I was disappointed. On arrival I pointed out to the male member of staff ( who was not the usual groomer) that we thought he had a knot of hair under his left leg and to shave the knot off if necessary. When I got home I discovered that the knot had been shaved but had been shaved over a large abscess which had been caused by a grass seed. I was concerned that this had not been noticed when he had been groomed and it gave me the impression that possibly he had been groomed by someone under training/supervision or they were trying to cram as many grooms in as possible..... its a real shame as up until this point I was happy to travel from Staines to get him groomed - now I am not so sure......
