Hidden subscription in the 'fine print'
The original order contained two 'gift' items which arrived broken and one missing. They were quick to resend. What is not mentioned is the 'free gifts go on an auto subscription. This is the response received from the company "Also, there is a small print from the original order confirmation with "Delivery every 30 days" Buyer beware.

Absolute snakes
People are absolute snakes. Website designed to subscribe you with you even knowing and they purposefully make it hard to unsubscribe. Bought a product. THEY DON'T TELL YOU IT SUBSCRIBES YOU WHEN YOU MAKE THE PURCHASE. I don't find out until the next month, after they've already taken $60 from me and sent a "resupply" that I didn't order. Absolute snakes. Make sure to check subscriptions if you buy something from them. Unbelievable.

I purchased 3 Puursmile water picks in November
I purchased 3 water picks in November, one for myself and 2 to use as gifts. I did not notice I also would get a cleaning kit every 30 days. When the first kit arrived in December ($59.97 charged to my credit card) I contacted Puursmile by phone and left a message that I wanted to return the kit and cancel my subscription. No response. I also contacted the company on the website and used "chat". Still no response. In February I received a new kit ($63.33 charged to my credit card). Both kits are still unopened. I plan on returning both kits to you this week and hope that this matter will be resolved.

UPDATE:
Puursmile contacted me this morning and assured me my contract to deliver monthly cleaning kit is now canceled. The charges are being refunded and return labels provided. I could not be happier and impressed with customer service. I will change my review. Though, I do think they need to make the monthly cleaning kit an option and not an automatic contract upon purchase of the water pick.

The best water flosser on the market!
I great product which has more power than 3 other USB charged water flossers I have purchased in the past. I do use it in the shower as it can be a bit challenging to use without "showering" my vanity. However, with a bit of practice, this becomes far easier! LOL. Superb customer service and fast response time with any questions. I would suggest being able to purchase replacement tips separately, as I don't use but 2 of the group of tips supplied in a replacement tip order. A minor issue compared to the quality of the product and customer service!

Loved the product but the charging port breaks off easily
Loved the product but the charging receptacle broke off in less than 3 months.
Immediately contacted the company to request a replacement as it works well.
Customer support was terrible. Long delays in response. Requesting information you have already given, requesting more info, requesting pictures. FINALLY said they would replace it and said it was on the way then sent me an email telling me the order was cancelled. No response to my emails asking why.

See the company’s response. They did come through. And even sent a free gift. I appreciate the thought and I do love the product. I am crossing fingers and hoping that this charging connection stays put.

I have tried to cancel my subscription twice by email and twice by phone. I have yet to talk to a human. They keep sending me monthly supplies which I do not wish to continue, and they do not respond. I now have 3 shipments of supplies which I dont need that cost me $63 each!!!! Do not use this company! Although I like the product, their subscription is a scam!!!!!

I bought 2 sets of the water flossers from them back in December. I didn’t think I signed up for a subscription, and I pay attention to those details, but somehow I missed the subscription claim. On January 31, I noticed a recurrent charge from them on my bank transactions and I contacted them immediately. I was told that they can’t cancel the transaction, but I can return it when I received it. I contacted them again and they agreed to refund me 90% of the cost, and I can keep the items. I would have given them a 5 ⭐️ if there was no issue with the subscription as I like the flossers. They could at least given me some heads up before charging the card, so I had time to skip or cancel the shipment. Who changes their flosser heads every month? This does not make sense to me. Company is good overall, except for this shady practice.

I ordered a purr smile. buy one get one deal Mid-January. I did notice the cleaning tablets would be on a subscription monthly for $22. 3 weeks later I got a note they were shipping a maintenance kit and charged me $127. I said I don't want that to cancel it. they said okay, and then didn't. they claimed it had already been shipped, but then I got an email the next day that said a label had been created. so, it had not been shipped and I contacted them again and said don't ship it. of course, they shipped it because that's part of the scam. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get them to agree to returning the order And honoring their return and refund policy that's on the website. they do not. they keep trying to get you to take a 30% refund and then a 50% refund. they do not answer the phone. they have a recording that says that they will call you back. I've left the information three times and they have never called back. I ended up sending the package back to an address in Florida with tracking so I will know when they receive it. I will update if I ever get a refund. I have saved the 15 or so emails in case I have to go through my credit card company to reverse a charge. I do not recommend doing business with this company. you might get a better deal up front, but you get a horrible customer service after. you can buy this product on Amazon .

Update:
They finally cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount charged. Actually called me to make sure I knew it had been cancelled.
It is impossible to reach the company to cancel the overpriced subscription. I have even had to cancel my credit card hoping they would quit charging me. I have REFUSED the last shipment at the Post Office and had it returned and I was still charged.
