Update:
They finally cancelled my subscription and refunded the amount charged. Actually called me to make sure I knew it had been cancelled.
It is impossible to reach the company to cancel the overpriced subscription. I have even had to cancel my credit card hoping they would quit charging me. I have REFUSED the last shipment at the Post Office and had it returned and I was still charged.

I did not sign up for a subscription, they billed me and sent more product!! I have tried to reach them by phone and left my number 2 times and no results. It is very difficult to get someone to help with this!! Caution when dealing with this company.

I received a replacement water flosser after my first one stopped charging. I was disappointed and contacted customer service. After some email back and forth, I sent a video to the company showing multiple charging attempts. They sent me a replacement, and now I realize the first one hadn't functioned properly, as the replacement is so much better to use. The low setting works! The first flosser's low setting was too fast and a bit painful. I used it anyway, because I didn't realize that wasn't how it was supposed to function.
I was so grateful to be in dialogue with a real person, not a chatbot, for customer service. All of them were kind and respectful and wanted to help me resolve the issue.

I canceled my subscription shortly after I got the product. The brush is very messy and I didn't like it. 6 months later I have randomly gotten an order from them. I keep emailing and all Im getting is an AI response. I try calling and I have to leave a message that they dont respond to or they just dont answer the phone. Stay away from this company. They have a non-existany customer service.

Update: now that I posted this review, they actually called me today to ask me to change my review rating since the issue was resolved. I said my review is honest. I’m glad you finally issued me refunds, but it didn’t need to come to all of that. And when I needed help, I couldn’t get it after 15 voicemails multiple emails and chat sessions so now that I leave a negative review they want to contact me ??? I appreciate them giving me my refund so that I did not have to go through the credit card dispute, but I still would never order through them again and do not recommend it
Ships from florida(?) I’m in Texas. Said 4-6 day shipping but took 5 wks. Zero customer service by phone email and chat. Wanted for braces and general dentistry. Never used other water pik so idk if any good- seems to be I guess. Recvd subscription attachments for $59 a month later that I was never aware of. Because of terrible customer service I could not get the order canceled and of course can’t get that returned. Ended up going through credit card dispute and got all money returned by the company without any contact from them. I’m not sure if my credit card company notified them and they just caved in and gave me the refund or what but after a day of me filing with my credit card company and they just had it in processing the next day. I had three refund from the company themselves, not my bank. I had multiple emails w them prior and most would go and reply to Betty Kylie. I would get a two or three word automated reply and each reply was always the same thing and did not even address my questions or the situation. I don’t know if the product is any good but because of Customer Service, I would probably just pick up a different water pik at a store or from a retailer online.

I’m so grateful to purchase puur smile went I did because is making my life and my mouth highness so exciting to feel clean, all in one product. In only 5 to 10 minutes 3 times a day every day this is awesome amazing!!!

Realize when you order this product you are signing up for a subscription. I'm not sure who would need 8 new tips every 30 days but that's what you'll get. As far as the flosser goes it's nice but try and cancel this mysterious "subscription" you are automatically enrolled to and forget about it. You'll get a lot of emails back saying they are working on it but then they charge and ship it to you anyway.

I purchased the Puursmile water flosser a little over a month ago. It works great and I can tell a difference to my teeth and gums.
I was not aware of the monthly subscription plan. So, when I received the package of supplies and the charge to my account, I was surprised. I am retired and on a fixed income budget. Customer support was quick to respond to my cancelation request. The refund request was agreed and processed immediately to my account.
I recommend Puursmile for your flossing needs.

This company is late on delivery, the flosser is not as powerful as they claim, and the worst issue is canceling a subscription is not effective. They continue to charge even after they have sent email confirming cancellation. Then what they charge for doesn't even arrive until weeks later. The phone number on their website is a hoax and they won't provide a label or any security of a return..instead I receive "mail it back to this address, take a picture of your box and email pic to us, then once we receive we will refund but you have to pay the shipping costs" - don't mind they sent products I didn't even order and have been told is cancelled but when I send back i have to pay for shipping.
Extremely poor quality - do not buy from this company

My flosser stopped working- used abou4 months. I contacted them via live chat, no help - - -suggested I leave phone message. I left a message and 2 weeks have passed with no contact. I have left another phone message, as there was no answer.
they have now contacted me and replaced my unit. wasn’t a particularly easy process but i must give credit where credit is due.

THE GOOD; The flosser works well although it is quite cumbersome.
Customer service responded promptly when had an issue.
THE BAD; I don’t remember signing up for a subscription for replacement heads. This seems to be a common issue with people which means either, the site is difficult to navigate and unclear OR they automatic send them out and hope you just keep at least one set. The cost for the replacement heads seem too high.
THE UGLY; food stuck in your teeth…
I’m waiting for a 90% refund on the replacement heads. We will see if it arrives in a timely manner.

I had purchased the Puursmile water flosser at the beginning of the month. I had an issue with the battery, and when I reached out to the company to explain the issue, they responded in a very quick and courteous manner. The company is sending a replacement. I’m extremely happy with the water flosser and I’m looking forward to receiving it. Thank you Puursmile for the excellent customer service!

I tried the water flosser and I found it too heavy and bulky to maneuver. The on/off and pressure controls are too close together.
I contacted support for a return and refund, they asked me to send a photo of an UNOPENED and UNUSED flosser which is not possible because, of course I used it!
I let customer service know this and they are refunding my payment.
While I didn't care for the product, they do have great customer service!
