Advanced Powerpoint training

Excellent delivery by Marion. Well paced and the course was full of really useful tips to make putting together presentations much easier and being able to create professional results

The environment made learning easy

The environment made learning easy. QA's facilities are modern and calm - and with free coffee and biscuits all day!!

The trainer was outstanding. He certainly knew his stuff, but his ability to convey that in a way that was easy to learn from has resulted in me getting a new qualification. Thanks Ed.

Valuable training for delivering presentations

Mervyn did a great job condensing a complex topic into clear actionable advice and engaged us in useful activities to practise incorporating this into presentations to improve planning and delivery in a memorable way. I have been delivering presentations for years, but still found the training very helpful for taking my skills to the next level.

Highly recommend

First Experience of QA

I've just finished a week long trainig course; this has been my first exposure to QA and they did a fantastic job. Their Manchester office & classrooms have a great team behind them; it's a professional & well thought out space and is very easy to get to via train or tram.

The tutor for my course, Alan Stalker, deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful in demonstrating practical application of the theory & tailoring it to my actual profession/industry.

Rude customer service manager

I have contacted about an apprenticeship a couple times, unfortunately they would not consider me due to location. I understand that and phoned a second time just to see that if i stayed closer by if they would consider me. I had a talk with my family and I came to the conclusion that i would be able to move a little closer by ( cutting down 50 or so minutes on commute ) but still was deemed too far, this is okay i have no issue with it, im really interested in the role and was only seeing if i could make it work. The lady I spoke to regarding this was very pleasant and told me to get back in contact if my circumstances change ( i move closer, within a 50 minute or so commute ). Not even 10 minutes later I get a phone call from their manager who I initially spoke to on the phone the first time I called. She was very rude and extremely condescending. She repeated to me that I “had called three times and I will not be considered unless i moved closer” which is why i called the third time in the first place. She kept reiterating remarks like “are you sure you understand?” in a very rude and condescending tone. I’m appalled at this behaviour coming from a manager, to be honest. The two other calls from the other staff were very pleasant and professional, while this follow up call is very unprofessional in my opinion. My call to them have been very spaced out and it was not as if i was harassing them or spam calling, or even being rude over the phone. I know what I want and that role was something I’m super interested in and just wanted to see what my options were. I’m 17 years old and I have autism, i’m really interested in the hardware side of technology and i’m planning on moving closer as soon as I can to be considered potentially. I’m just really disappointed, not for not being considered for the apprentice, but to be treated as if i’m dense and only calling in to be a bother. It’s upsetting that one person can ruin your whole experience but that’s just how it is.

Fantastic training from QA

Fantastic training from QA - I would highly recommend them as a provider. The content was really engaging and moved at a good pace so we learnt a large volume of information throughout the day with various opportunities for collaboration . The facilitator Neil was a clear expert, delivered the content with a good sense of humour and really built great rapport with the group. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and came away much more knowledgable on the topic.

Chock-ful of information

The course was three days long and I was exhausted after each day - in my experience that means I've been learning well! Lots of support information included, opportunities to participate and practical examples. Mock exams particularly useful!

APM PMQ Course

QA are a professional training provider who are reputable and clearly knowledgeable in delivering learning for Project Management Professionals. I was delighted with the support and guidance from my facilitator Darren who has in-depth knowledge and relevant examples to make the learning applicable to the exam.

QA are outstanding, highly recommend

From the day I applied, QA helped and supported me tremendously through the application process.
Nathalie Payne is amazing. She helped me become familiar with the interview process and did a mock interview with me over the phone. She was genuinely invested in my success as she told me how I could improve my answers and what I did well.

Thanks to Nathalie's help I was able to pass the employer interview with flying colours. Even after I started my apprenticeship role, Nathalie continued to check in on me atleast once every month, checking on my well-being, progress, thoughts on the apprenticeship and answering general questions I had.

My Level 4 DevOps programme offers virtual classrooms for each module, the tutors are amazing. Ed Reynolds was my tutor for my 1st classroom and made it very engaging & fun. It genuinely has me excited for the rest of the classrooms, it's definitely something I look forward whenever the time approaches.

My dedicated learning consultant Tommy Calvin is extremely helpful and is happy to answer any questions I have.

Nathalie has made my transition from sixth form to an apprenticeship stress-free and seamless. Thanks Nathalie!

Great Experience

My experience in applying for my apprenticeship with QA has been really positive. Humaira kept me updated, gave me interview tips, and was always happy to help whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend.

After months of searching

After months of searching, applying and going through cold interviews, with the help of Katy Jackson and QA I was able to get an interview for the kind of apprenticeship I was looking for. With her help I managed to get through the interviews and land a job that I wanted and have been enjoying ever since. Thanks to her help I am now at a job where I want to be.
