Terrible experience! They kept my degree verification application for a whole month and then suddenly emailed that it's closed because they couldn't reach the university.

They never contacted me for help during this time. Now they are just closing files and holding payments without providing any service. Looking at other reviews, this is how they operate.

My degree is already fully attested by all relevant authorities including MOFA. They hold the application for a month, do zero proper follow-up, close it arbitrarily, and now they are holding my payment hostage without providing any service.

Looking at other reviews, it seems like a pattern with them. Do not waste your time and money with QuadraBay. If this is not resolved and refunded immediately. I will escalating this formal complaint to the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE)

Paid over two months ago. University results received. Still no report or meaningful response.

After I paid for their service, my application was lost. More than two months later, I am still chasing the report I paid for, with no clear resolution.

Quadra Bay has confirmed by email that they received my results from the university. Despite this confirmation, my report has still not been issued, and my follow-up emails are going unanswered. I have not received a clear explanation of what remains outstanding or a reliable date for completion.

Trying to contact them has been equally frustrating:

• The website chat does not work when I attempt to use it.
• I have been unable to reach anyone through the listed phone number or hotline.
• The email address provided by the ministry receives no response to my messages.
• Customer service responds inconsistently, and the replies I do receive raise problems without giving me a clear path to resolution.
• Repeated follow-ups have not secured my report or a meaningful update.

The delay is bad enough. Having to chase repeatedly without knowing whether anyone will respond makes the experience considerably worse.

This is a paid service involving important academic documents. Clear communication, proper handling of applications and a realistic completion timeline are basic expectations. In my case, Quadra Bay has failed to meet them.

I want my report issued, or a specific written explanation of what is preventing its release and when it will be completed. After more than two months, further silence is unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering Quadra Bay to think carefully before paying.

Really awful service. I applied in June 2026, and end of July got an email saying that the university had not responded hence the delay, and that I did not have to do anything.

Last month I then received an email asking me to provide documents which I had provided for at the time of application, and supposedly extra letter of authorization letter in line with South Africa's privacy laws. A week ago, I received an email saying that my qualification was successfully verified, and that I could proceed with my application to the ministry. Upon trying to download the verification report, I got "report not found", emailed, and got a response that this would be looked into. A week later, having received no communication, I tried again, only to find a report that says could not be verified. I emailed again with some questions and the only answer I got was that the application was closed because the university did not respond, and that once closed, applications cannot be reopened. I had indicated that I have a verification letter issued by an independent qualifications authority in the country of issue. The waste of my time and money is really disappointing.

Worst service and poor updates. I had applied for my Qualification recognition document for UAE Engineering visa and didn’t got any updates from them after 24 days(ReferenceNo.MOHESR020826497706).I had raised a query then they replied that my application was closed as my university didn’t responded after several attempts. If they would have informed me this matter on time I could have reached University directly and solve this issue. They will not give any refund also . When I checked about this agency in Linkedin, a lot of applicants had face the same experience. Real scam service .

This company operates as a total ghost organization. After QuadraBay completely ignored my emails, I physically went to their registered Dubai office address today. Instead of QuadraBay, the office is now a real estate agency. The building reception confirmed that QuadraBay left this office YEARS ago, and that 6 to 10 desperate applicants show up every single day looking for them. They are actively hiding from their clients.
My degree verification application is a case of blatant, contradictory manipulation:
1. I waited 27 days, during which QuadraBay emailed me claiming they were in "direct contact" with my university.
2. On September 22, I received an official email from QuadraBay explicitly stating: “We are pleased to inform you that the degree(s) for your application number has/have been verified.”
3. Because their portal download link was broken, I couldn't access the report right away. When it was finally fixed on September 28, the downloaded PDF shockingly stated "UNABLE TO VERIFY".
How can a company claim they are in contact, officially University , and then sneak an "Unable to Verify" document into the portal days later after taking my money?
I have sent formal complaints on September 28 and 29 demanding an urgent explanation and a full refund. You have completely ghosted my emails. I will be escalating this deceptive behavior, your fake office address, and these fake updates directly to the UAE Ministry of Education and Consumer Rights.
A senior manager needs to contact me immediately to issue my full refund and correct this file.

I am very disappointed with Quadrabay. I used their service for degree equivalency. My application for closed due to no response from my university.

I wasn't informed before closing my application so that I could get in touch with the institution.

It had costed me AED370 most importantly alot of time.

Requesting Qudrabay to resolve the matter

I paid QuadraBay for educational qualification verification, but my application was closed because they claimed my university did not respond within the required timeframe.

However, my university confirmed that it never received any verification request from QuadraBay. I asked QuadraBay for basic confirmation of when and how they contacted the university, but they declined to provide it, citing confidentiality and told me to contact ministry if I want to.

A colleague of mine had the same experience with a different university, which also confirmed that it had not been contacted.

Additionally, QuadraBay's portal shows "No Report Found" when I try to access my verification report.

I paid for a verification service and expected a transparent, properly documented process. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing and I can see here I am not alone

Extremely disappointing customer service. I have been trying to get a response regarding my verification for several days, but there has been no proper support MOHESR030926525808.

The live chat appears to have a technical issue and does not provide a proper response. I have also sent emails but received no reply. I even tried calling and waited around 20 minutes, but the call did not connect to an agent.

When a service involves important document verification and fees, customers should at least receive a proper response and status update. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I would strongly recommend improving the customer support system and providing customers with a reliable way to communicate regarding their cases.

I paid AED 370 for degree verification through QuadraBay, and my application was ultimately marked “Unable to Verify.”

I repeatedly contacted QuadraBay and requested official proof that my verification request was sent to the University of the Punjab, Pakistan, including the date of dispatch, copy of the request, and any acknowledgement or reference number.

I also contacted the University of the Punjab directly, and they informed me that they did not receive any verification email/request from QuadraBay regarding my qualification.

Despite several follow-ups, QuadraBay has not provided me with proof that the verification request was actually sent to the university.

My concern is not simply that the result was “Unable to Verify.” My concern is that I paid AED 370 for the service, while the university says it did not receive the verification request.

I request QuadraBay to provide the official proof of dispatch and clearly explain what steps were taken to verify my qualification. Application Number : MOHESR290826524005

Processing time took longer than expected, I submitted my application on August 14, 2026 and they mentioned the date of completion is Sep 01, 2026 but it took longer than this and there is no proper customer support to contact for status. After long time they update the status as unable to verify with my University but I have contacted with my University and they said no request from Quadrabay regarding my Degree Verification. I sent an email to Quadrabay but no response and tried the chat support which never connected to the Live agent - only the bot response we can get. Worst service and I lost my money without any process they took it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with QuadraBay regarding my degree verification for the UAE qualification recognition process.

I paid the required fee and submitted all requested documents. My application was initially closed as “Unable to Complete”, with QuadraBay stating that the issuing university had not responded within their specified timeframe.

I then contacted my university, the University of Calicut, directly. The university confirmed to me in writing that they could not find any online verification application under my name or register number. They specifically asked me to obtain the 6-digit VN/AVN e-Verify reference/transaction number, or the relevant submission details if QuadraBay had submitted the request manually.

I contacted QuadraBay and requested these details so that I could coordinate with my university, but I have not received a proper response.

More recently, I received another email from QuadraBay stating that my degree has been verified and that I can proceed with the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research recognition process.

However, when I try to download the verification report from the QuadraBay portal, it shows “No report available.”

So I am now left with two contradictory situations:

My application was previously closed as “Unable to Complete.”
QuadraBay is now saying my degree has been verified.
The verification report is still unavailable.
My questions and requests for clarification have not received a proper response.

I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply want QuadraBay to provide the verification report they have confirmed is available/complete, or clearly explain the current status of my application.

This has caused unnecessary delay, uncertainty and wasted time during an important qualification recognition process.

I hope QuadraBay will respond and resolve this properly. I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

My degree verification application with QuadraBay was submitted on 21 August 2026. After considerable follow-up, the verification was finally completed, and I received an official email from QuadraBay confirming that my degree had been verified.
However, the problem did not end there. My QuadraBay dashboard shows all stages completed, including Results, but when I click “Download Verification Certificate,” the system gives the error “Report was not found.”
Even worse, when I try to proceed with the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR) recognition process, the Ministry system still shows that my verification document is “currently underway.”
I have repeatedly tried contacting QuadraBay through email, chat and the available support channels, but I have not been able to get the issue resolved.
I have now had to raise a case directly with MOHESR because of this issue.
For something as important as degree recognition, employment and visa processing, this level of customer support is extremely frustrating. My verification has apparently been completed, yet I cannot obtain the report and cannot proceed with MOHESR recognition.
I hope QuadraBay urgently investigates MOHESR210826517252, resolves the report/system issue and improves its customer support.
I will update this review if and when QuadraBay resolves the issue.

It's a shame for dubai. Dubai always promot efficiency and performance but there services are 180 degree. pathatic. They dont even desrve a single star.

My application got closed without any explanation. I enquired with my university, the verification was completed and they send the report.
I am helpless now to resolve the issue as Quadrabay is not responsding any queries. Why MOHESR authorised this service provider for official verification

Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. It is almost impossible to reach their customer service team, and I have been waiting for 4.5 months for my verification to be completed.

Despite the significant delay, there has been no satisfactory resolution or effective communication. For a verification service where timely processing and customer support are critical, this level of delay is unacceptable.

Quadrabay doesn't work, not taking efforts to verify your records with the universities and after the timeline finished, they simply provide negative response. Waste of your money with Quadrabay services. Suggesting not to use this service, go for other options for verification of your certificates.

am disappointed with the customer service and communication from QudraBay. They mention a 24-hour response/review time, but I did not receive any update within the given timeframe. I have also sent multiple messages and emails, but I have not received a proper response.
The main issue is that the timeline mentioned for application review is not being followed, and there is no proper follow-up or update provided to the customer.
I understand that applications may take time to process, but customers should at least receive a clear update when the promised timeframe has passed. I hope QudraBay improves its communication and customer support.
