They said they can’t reopen my application because my university was not responsive. I’ve contacted the university myself, I got screenshots also, Quadrabay isn’t the one responding for their request. I paid more than 300 aed for nothing, waste of time and resources.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Quadrabay. I have been waiting for my degree verification for **2 months and 16 days**, and it is still incomplete.

Customer care does not respond to my emails, and the contact number provided appears to be invalid. I was repeatedly told that they had emailed my university, while my university confirmed that no email had been received. It took around a month and repeated follow-ups before my university finally received their request.

My university has since provided all the requested details, officially signed and stamped. For two days, my application showed Stage 3, but yesterday it moved backward to Stage 2 without any explanation. I have emailed asking why, but have received no response.

Based on my experience, the communication and handling of this process have been deeply unprofessional. The unexplained delays and lack of clear updates have wasted my time and caused significant stress.

A verification agency should provide reliable contact details, respond to applicants, and clearly explain any delays or changes in status. I expect a proper explanation of what is still pending and a clear timeline for completing my verification.

They seem to have closed my application for degree recognition (which MoHESR suddenly made an obligation right before the job started), but I didn't even receive an e-mail status update about this. When clicking on details on their website it says "unable to verify" and something like they tried reaching the university. Then I contacted my university and they said they never even got a request from this "service provider". I don't know why this scam company is allowed to be authorized for degree recognition. Also, their chat on their website is a fake. They claim to transfer you to an agent and nothing ever happens ("Alright, I'm transferring you to a live agent for further assistance.)

⭐ Not Worth the Cost – Delayed Process & Poor Communication

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Quadrabay. The certificate verification process has been delayed for more than 3 weeks, and there have been no proactive updates regarding the status of my verification.

The service is not worth the cost, especially when the verification takes so long that the job offer may already be fulfilled by the time we receive the completed verification. This defeats the entire purpose of paying for a verification service.

Customers expect timely service, proper communication, and regular updates. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount paid. I hope Quadrabay takes this feedback seriously and improves its service and customer support.

I paid AED 350 to QuadraBay for their service. I was subsequently informed that my application had been closed because they had been unable to contact my University within the required timeframe.

My biggest issue is that I was not adequately informed that there was a problem or warned that my application was at risk of being closed.

Had I been contacted, I could have reached out to my educational institution myself, provided alternative contact information, or assisted QuadraBay in resolving the issue. Instead, I only discovered the situation once the application had already been closed, at which point I was told that it could not be reopened.

As a paying customer, I find this extremely disappointing. If an application is approaching a deadline because a third party isn’t responding, I would expect the customer to be contacted and given an opportunity to help resolve the situation before their application is simply closed.

I have now raised a formal complaint and requested either that my application be reprocessed without additional charge or that my AED 350 payment be refunded.

I will update this review to reflect how QuadraBay responds and whether they resolve the situation satisfactorily.

I requested a degree verification service and paid AED 370 for the service. However, my application was closed without any prior notification or communication to me.

When I contacted QudraBay to understand what had happened, I was informed that my application had been closed because my university had not responded to their verification request. I was also told that the application could not be reopened.

This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. If the university was not responding, QudraBay should have informed me before closing the application. This would have given me an opportunity to contact the university myself, follow up with the relevant department, and help resolve the issue before the application was closed.

I have also repeatedly requested evidence or details of the correspondence that QudraBay claims to have sent to my university as part of the verification process. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not been provided with any evidence or details of this communication.

I also tried to contact QudraBay by phone to discuss the matter, but I did not receive a response. I even requested a callback, but no one contacted me.

As a result, I have not received the service I paid for, have lost valuable time, and have also lost AED 370. More importantly, the lack of communication and support throughout the process has made the entire experience extremely stressful.

What is even more concerning is that 4–5 colleagues from my office are facing the same issue, where their applications were also closed without any prior notification or email when their respective institutions did not respond.

I believe that applicants should be properly informed before an application is closed due to a lack of response from an institution. At the very least, the applicant should be given an opportunity to contact the institution and resolve the issue.

I request QudraBay to review this matter, provide the evidence of the correspondence made with my university, and explain why my application was closed without notifying me. I would also appreciate clarification regarding the AED 370 fee paid for a service that was not completed.

I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate action will be taken to improve communication with applicants and prevent similar situations from happening to others.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

My experience with QuadraBay has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I applied for degree verification/equivalency through QuadraBay for my UAE qualification recognition process. I paid the required fees and submitted all the requested documents. However, after some time, QuadraBay informed me that they had not received a response from my issuing university, the University of the Punjab, Lahore.

Instead of giving me a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue or allowing me to coordinate with my university, QuadraBay simply closed my application.

What is most frustrating is that I have now lost both my time and the money I paid for the service, while the issue was related to communication between QuadraBay and the university.

For such an important process, especially when the result can directly affect someone's UAE employment and visa requirements, I expected much better communication, transparency and customer support.

I have contacted QuadraBay and received confirmation that the application was closed because they could not obtain a response from the university.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise applicants to be very careful before choosing QuadraBay. The process has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time and additional complications.

I did my Engineerg Degree certificate verfication process for OSE registration. Total process completed within 8 days. In that period I got Final Report also.

Website is very user friendly. Try if the review process duration can be reduced. Report is also short and to the point.

I paid all the required fees, yet even after almost one year, my certificates were still not verified. I repeatedly contacted them by email, but the responses were nothing more than typical call center replies, without any meaningful resolution or accountability.

Eventually, I approached another agency that provides the same certificate verification service. They managed to complete my degree equivalency in less than three months.

The biggest joke came almost a year after my initial application, when Quadrabay finally sent me an email asking for additional payment, claiming that the university was demanding extra charges to process the documents.

After waiting for nearly a year, this was simply unacceptable.

Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend thinking twice before using Quadrabay for degree equivalency or certificate verification. My experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately unsuccessful.

Very disappointing experience. I paid QuadraBay for degree equivalence but my application was closed after 15 days without providing any result. They said they could not complete it due to no reponse from University within their agreed timeframe. I paid for a service I did not receive and I am now requesting a refund. I am writing this review in hopes of reaching senior management or customer support at QuadraBay to help resolve a critical delay with my degree verification application (Ref: MOHESR150826507598).

My application was submitted on August 15, 2026, with a given Estimated Delivery Date of September 3, 2026. As confirmed by my university department and shown on the tracking portal, the primary "VERIFYING DEGREE" step has already been successfully completed.

The application is currently stuck on "PREPARING REPORT & CHECKING QUALITY / Under Review."

Because the estimated completion date has passed, this delay is creating an extremely severe situation for me. My employer is repeatedly requesting the final equivalency certificate, and any further delay directly puts my employment at risk of termination.

I kindly request the QuadraBay team to expedite the final quality check and release my verification report immediately. I am available to provide any additional details if required.

They do not have any sense of responsibility for any of the application or process that is submitted.y application is stuck with them for past 3 weeks with no response or no one to contact.

I submitted my qualification verification application (MOHESR140726486265) through QuadraBay on 14 July 2026 and regularly monitored the status through the tracking portal. For several weeks, the system indicated that my application was in the final stages of verification, so I patiently waited for the process to be completed.

During this period, several of my friends from the same university received their equivalency certificates, even though they had submitted their applications after mine. Concerned about the delay, I contacted QuadraBay via email and was eventually informed that my application had been closed because my university had not responded within the required timeframe despite multiple follow-up requests.

I then contacted MOHESR, who advised that the application was not permanently closed and could be reconsidered if the university provided the required response. Upon contacting my university on 14 August 2026, I was informed that they had already responded to QuadraBay and had requested a verification fee. However, I had never been informed by QuadraBay that any payment was required.

After learning this, I immediately coordinated with my university, paid the required fee, and the university subsequently sent the requested documents and official confirmation to QuadraBay on 21 August 2026. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and providing supporting information, I received little to no communication regarding the status of my case.

"We would like to inform you that your notes/comments have been attached to the subject, and the relevant party has been contacted to follow up and complete the required procedures regarding your issue. Once the procedures are completed, you will be informed of the outcome immediately.
Since there is a waiting period for a response from the concerned party, we ask for a little more patience until the matter is completed. We will continue to review your request until any additional action from their side is completed."

Throughout this process, MOHESR was responsive and helpful, providing updates and escalating the matter for further review. Their support and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated during a difficult and stressful period.

My main concern with QuadraBay is the lack of timely communication and transparency. If applicants are required to take action, such as paying a verification fee to their university, they should be informed promptly. Clear communication and regular updates would significantly improve the customer experience.

I am still awaiting the final outcome of my case and remain hopeful that it will be resolved. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend QuadraBay's service at this time.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and delay in processing my application. The estimated delivery date has been revised several times—initially 21 August 2026, followed by 22 August, 24 August, and 27 August. The current status now shows 15 August 2026 as the estimated delivery date, which has already passed.

My application is still showing “Under Review – Processing your application (Result)”, and as of 31 August 2026, I have not received the result or any meaningful update.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact the team through email, the customer service landline, and the “Chat with Us – AI” service, but unfortunately, I have not received a response.

I would like to kindly follow up regarding the status of my application, which is still showing as “Under Review” as of today, 14 September 2026.

I have already provided my university’s official email address for verification, and I have also included my university in CC in all correspondence related to my application. However, the application status has not yet been updated.

I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple employment reference check and it still has not been initiated. I tried calling Quadrabay but cant get through, and every email they send is a robotic copy-paste response.

I am an international applicant and have gone through employment screening for several roles in the past. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and incompetence from a verification provider. A basic employment reference check should not take this long, especially when I have already provided clear documentation and explanations in writing that have simply been ignored in favour of the same generic response.

Extremely Poor Service – No Communication and Unacceptable Delays
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I submitted my college certificate equivalency request on 28 July 2026, and the estimated completion date was initially 17 August. The date was then changed to 24 August
Today is 30 August, and I am still waiting for my result with absolutely no clear explanation or meaningful update.

What makes the situation even worse is the lack of customer support. The live chat can take 5–6 hours to respond, and sometimes there is no response at all. Emails and phone calls have also gone unanswered despite repeated attempts to contact them.

All the required steps on my application have been completed. I am only waiting for the final result, yet nobody can tell me when it will actually be issued.

This level of delay, poor communication, and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable, especially when people depend on these equivalency results for their education, employment, and other important deadlines.
