Quality Air Duct Cleaners Avis 

My experience was great! Fernando and Omar, the technicians, arrived on time. They were respectful and professional. They explained what the process was for cleaning the vents. When they finished they cleaned up some dust that they observed on the floor.

Both workers were very professional and didn’t try to add anything extra. Also we’re able to answer my questions. Since we are in a newly constructed house, could have made a difference.

didn't use brushes, showed see no evidence any dust was removed returned to my house the next to a feeling of very chilly. thermostat was set for 68 but room temp was 56 checked furnace, and discovered furnace bypass sw in off position. they forgot to turn it on when job? was complete. also left window well cover ajar.and unsecured also left basement window open glad it's not winter, or I could have had serious broken water pipe damage! wasted 300 bucks the way I see it. they should of stayed with selling grills and fireplaces.

Good price based on other quotes we received. Were able to schedule us quickly and did a great job cleaning out the vents. We had just moved into the house and the previous owners definitely never maintained the system. Our heat is better and quality of air is great not breathing in debris any longer. The techs were great and very friendly and didn't try to sell us on anything.

They were on time (actually a little early, which we liked!), professional, and informative. All around a great first impression!

Well I would liked the areas around the duct to b cleaned as well. Also don’t keep asking for add on once you get the job. And b more specific about the total charges and no surprises.

There was a problem with the initial visit. But Quality Air fixed the problem immediately. I would have given 5 stars if they didn't have to come out again. Everyone I came in contact with-techs, office-were all polite and helped get the issue resolved. I will still use them again.

I was pleased by the guy who came to clean my vents. I think his name was Dan, but I'm not sure.
He was very nice and seemed to do a thorough job.

Brandon did a very efficient and neat job of cleaning 3 levels of vents.

I believe Quality Air does a good job cleaning the vents and ducts. The vent covers are not cleaned and I found that I had to remove the ones that I could reach to wipe them down, this would be a nice thing to add to the overall cleaning. Also I had to vacuum the floors as there was dust balls and dirt left behind.
But overall I'm satisfied with the cleaning and would use them again.
