I have no complaints other than when I used you 2 years ago, I didn't have to pay extra for dryer vent cleaning and deodorant freshener. I realize prices have gone up, however, it felt like "5 and diming" for the extras. you should have senior discounts, which would have helped. Other than that, it was a job well done.

The air duct and dryer vent cleaning was very thorough. The 2 men doing the job were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.I would have given a 5 star rating but 36 hours after the job was finished I noticed 2 dead spots in my lawn where the gas powered vacuum had been set up.I would suggest using a board or something similar to protect the lawn from possible gasoline spills.

We find it concerning that you are not happy with our service. We do not charge for services we have not provided so we are at a loss as to why you have made the comment above.
We have followed up with our technicians and the do not recall any issues or concerns from you when the service was provided.
