In 1991, we started a small company with just 6 people and a simple concept: offer air duct and dryer vent cleaning with the very best customer service in the industry. Quality work
Cesar was great getting everything set up and being on time. He was totally up front about everything and the process went smoothly. My only complaint was that the team left a ton of debris and dust from the vents lying around the house beside the vents and also a few of the walls had some hand mark ups from where the guys were cleaning the ducts/vents. Wish they had tidied up after but otherwise everything went well

Had great service
Had great service. Our technician was knowledgeable and very nice. Made sure to wear footies and cleaned up nicely. It was also great that this company doesn’t have to drill a hole into your furnace and patch like many others that use the whip technique for cleaning. Would definitely use Quality Air again. Breathing Better
Service was professional and prompt. We hadn't had our ducts cleaned for a while and the very next day I noticed that I could breathe better. We also had an additional service done for our ducts to help with upper respiratory issues that I have and it worked!

Good morning this is the link that I received before booking the company but I don’t think this is the actual company that even came to our house yesterday could someone from the management office please give me a call?
I feel like I might’ve been scammed the reviews are great I was told that I was going to receive before and after pictures I did not, the tech showed up to our house he had no name tag, no identification, no receipt, no way of us knowing who he worked for and what company he was with. He did have equipment which is why I let him in the house but I am still not 100% sure that this is the same company that was advertised to me please give me a call. 407-508-4534

THEY ARE GREAT!
We had our ducts / vents thoroughly cleaned today. The same technician had been to our house the last time and was very professional and efficient. He was appropriately masked and booted and moved carefully through the house. After he left there was no indication that a serviceman had been in the house -- everything was left clean and undisturbed. The name Quality Air says it all ... they really do quality work efficiently and responsibly. We will use them again!
