Dan did a great job, very happy with the service.

Quality air duct cleaners were a great choice when deciding to get our vents cleaned and sanitized. They were professional, on time, and courteous. We were given an honest recommendations for what our home might benefit from. When we needed to reschedule due to a family emergency, they were understanding and flexible. I would recommend them to family or friends.

Great job. Furnace is MUCH quieter & I’m hoping furniture won’t get dusty as quickly. Recognizing it was cold & wet outside, I still was disappointed in the shoe prints all over my wood floors.

Good service! The technician was very attentive and nice, had his mask on the whole time and put some shoe protectors to keep my floors clean.

The technician was on time; was very pleasant; protected my carpets; answered all of my questions; explained the procedure he would follow, and most important extracted an amazing amount of dust from my vents ( I was kind of embarrassed!). The price was fair and I will definitely call Quality Air Duct Cleaners for any future needs.

The price is good but I was disappointed there was no camera option to see the after clean picture. I wasn’t able to see how much dust was collected. They don’t offer yearly furnace cleaning

Dan did a good job. Professional and courteous. He showed us how much dirt and debris was accumulated. I even tipped him for the job

However, a couple of points -

1) the appointment was for 9:00, Dan was here at 7:45 - had to rush to get morning chores done. He did apologize for it.
2) I saw a potential issue with the Dynamic filter case where a wire connects and a red light comes on showing it is hooked up. This red light is no longer shows up. I have our heater maintenance gentleman coming on Saturday 1/8/2022 to check out - when I talked to him, he said it might be a wiring issue.

Will keep you and Dan posted.

Overall happy with the job.

My Heater maintenance technician found that the static filter stopped working after the Air Ducts were cleaned. He replaced the static filter case and rewired everything at the cost of $413.00 parts and labor.

I contacted Cesar at the Quality Air - after the review of the repairs invoice, they sent me a check for $413.00

I was given a quote over the phone for the service and that quote was respected. There was no bait and switch. The two technicians worked diligently and finished in a timely fashion. The work was done at my mom's house. I expect to call them this spring for my house.

Great service! Dan was super courteous and explained every step. I wanted to see a before and he showed me because I was a little skeptical if I needed duct cleaning or not. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had Dan and Michael over for our first time ever cleaning our ducts. They were both respectful, considerate, professional and organized. They took good care to protect our flooring by wearing protective covers on their shoes and laying out a cloth tarp in the entrance way. We were told in advance all the things they would be doing. They also let us know about other services they thought would be helpful to us without any pressure. The job was well done, clean, neat, and organized, smooth set up, smooth clean up. Friendly staff. After they left, until now so far, I feel the air quality at home has really improved and feel confident and refreshed breathing this air at home. I also accepted happily the offer to install a UV system, so please ask about that. They will gladly explain and show you what it is, how it works and its benefits. Overall, we were happy with the service, and look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend Quality Air and this staff. Thanks Dan and Mike!
