I ordered at least a month or two before prom, but it never came. Months after prom, they finally gave me a refund, but it was constant back and forth through emails. I was referred to several different people before being refunded.

Do not buy if you might want to return items
I ordered 3 dresses, read the returns policy, dresses arrived as delivery was okay. 2 dresses were ill fitting, I couldn't see how they were a size 12, they were tiny.
I contacted the company as per returns policy, this proved to be a nightmare. It doesn't say in their policy that you can only return to China or USA. They obviously do not want you to return items. You have to pay for the return, I went ahead with this after much discussion about the amount of refund I would receive. I then heard no more despite me sending emails, I had no response to these. I ended up starting a dispute with my credit card then quickly I received a refund.

Unfortunately like others no order has been received!!!
Ordered a dress for my daughters prom over three weeks ago no updates and still says preparing shipment. The tracking number provided says its incorrect. I feel like after reading lots of other reviews we have unfortunately been scammed which is very sad. My Daughter had her heart set on this dress and will be absolutely gutted that we will not receive it. Very disappointed. Avoid buying from this company.

My order has been "processing" for over 2 weeks with no updates or responses from customer service. The order number is WBQDUK10123 . This is ridiculous, especially for the price. There is proof of a charge on the credit card I used so there is no reason to "not have a record" like the company keeps claiming to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. State they don't do refunds, but as I spent over £200 on their site and paid for quick delivery when the items didn't arrive on time they agreed to give me one, then that's the last I heard from them. That was LAST YEAR.
Their reply to this review saying the package was signed for - there was 2 packages, ONE was signed for, I didn’t ever get the other until someone found it in the bushes on our road!! Also 12 Jan as they claim is not true, as I have repeatedly stated in my emails, the package came on the 19 Jan when I ordered on 7 Jan, well outside the 3-5 days stated for expedited shipping. This is why they agreed to give me a refund in the first place, but it’s yet another different person replying to this review that’s not read anything of the previous communication.
They say in their reply to this review I applied for a refund in June 2024, no I asked for one way before that, June 2024 was when you finally agreed to give me one? So give it to me?
Still contacting them and getting nothing back, I actually sent my items back to the address they provided WHEN THEY AGREED TO GIVE ME A REFUND and then months later received these items back to me in the post!!! Despite saying they would take the return and refund me - I have an email from them from June saying they would do a refund so I have it in writing and keep trying to contact them. Their reply to this review saying they can’t do the refund because it’s too late is a joke when they’ve ALREADY AGREED TO IT - QUEEN DANCER CHECK YOUR EMAILS I HAVE SENT SO MANY PHOTOS AND RECEIPTS PROVING YOU AGREED TO A REFUND IN JUNE 2024 and that I sent the items. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! They are scammers, stay away!!!

I order a grey fur coat for my daughter for her birthday, and when the coat came it was the completely wrong colour and style. I automatically emailed the company to let them know I had received the wrong product and after waiting 4 week, its just not acceptable. when they finally emailed me back they said that they don't do refunds but they would be willing to refund me £3 on a coat that cost £65

This company is a fraud and buyer…
This company is a fraud and buyer should be aware. I purchased an item nearly 30 days ago and have yet to receive it. When I reached out to customer Service, they advised me to call the shipping company for status. However, the tracking number that was given to me was not a legitimate tracking number for the US Postal Service which they stated is the delivery company. I also purchased shipping protection which they told me would protect me from issues with shipping, but this too is incorrect. The customer service was shockingly inadequate and offered no assistance. I would suggest any buyer avoid this company at all cost. I have reported this to PayPal with the hopes that I can get a refund because this company is fraudulent.

I ordered a dress over 2 weeks ago and I have had no updates nor has the dress arrived (baring in mind delivery was £10!!!!!) The customer service is shocking, after several emails sent and phone calls made I have still received NOTHING back from them. I would not recommend this company if you’re buying a dress or anything at all, very unreliable.

Awful company, do not order from them! I placed an order 3 weeks again and paid for expedited delivery. I am yet to receive my order, there is no tracking information with the tracking number. Dreadful company
If I could give this company 0, I would. AVOUD, AVOID, AVOID THIS COMPANY
The shipping and tailoring policies are so contradicting of one another and they're trying to argue that over 3 weeks and the order still hasn't arrived, is acceptable and it's within the timeframe, when clearly it's not. Customer service is awful, I will be reporting them to trading standards if my issue is not resolved ASAP.

Do NOT ORDER from this company. They are a scam. They took my money and never sent the Dress. Then they lied and sent a shipping number I followed up and postal services said that is not a valid shipping number. Now they will not respond back to me

I contacted Queendancer as I had previously been told they were coming to separate packages with same shipment number attached . But noticed it saying order fulfilled
I was then told my them!! that the parcel had been delivered and signed for .. this isn't true as nobody was at home when delivery was made

If I could give 0 star I would!!!! I advise everyone and anyone to stay well away from this site!!!!! The fact i cannot upload photos for proof of this is annoying! Paid £120 for a dress for it to come abserloute poor quality!!!! Terrible terrible stitching and the flowers have been glued together with a hot glue gun!!!! All you can see all over the dress is the terrible sewing and glue!!!! I have emailed photos of this and I would like my money back! Selling products that look nothing like the images and of terrible terrible quality!!!!
