They can't stick to their on website timeframes!
I ordered on Wednesday 4th September. They say it takes 3-5 business days to process and then they'll email when it's shipped. It's now been 8 days and I have received no email to say it's being shipped. I have written to them twice, asking for a timeline and they respond with 'its near completion', both times. Reading all the other reviews, it seems that my order will not be here before the party on Friday 20th. I've spent close to £250 on the order which will now not be used. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. If you do happen to stumble upon Trustpilot before ordering from QueenDancer, don't use them!!

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter and paid for expedited delivery. The delivery was a couple of weeks after they had promised, by which time the prom had passed. (I had to buy another dress from Vinted and alter it due to the cost and time frame...it was all very stressful).Queendancer sent emails trying to barter with me with offerssuch as money off the next order etc but I insisted on a refund. They sent me the address and I posted the unopened parcel through Royal Mail tracking service. 3 weeks later and it has been held up in Chinese customs because Queendancer won't pay the customs fees. I emailed again and they told me to pay the Chinese customs and when they receive the parcel they will refund me and reimburse the fees. Shockingly bad customer service! I never even saw the dress btw as it wasn't going to be worn. I sent it back in the original packaging which was a small plastic bag all taped up as though it had been crammed in. Such a disappointment and I have lost almost £200. There's no way I will send any more money.

These people are awful never seen should terrible customer service 🙄 I purchase a dress for my daughter to wear to my mum's funeral it was too small we didn't even open the package as the size we could see.
I got in contact by email regarding this matter ask for return address got all these excuses 😒 they wouldn't provide me with return address I took the package to the post office and registered and sent to the address I could see on the package they still not given me my refund SEAMER

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the pictures, but what arrived was nothing like it. Honestly, we wouldn't even wear it to a Halloween party. After two weeks of back-and-forth emails, they finally agreed to a full refund if I returned the dress. So, I followed all their instructions—shipped it back, provided all the required photos, and even sent the tracking number. I tracked the package, and they received it over a week ago, but now they're completely ignoring my emails. Unfortunately, I'll have to dispute this with my credit card company, which is such a hassle. Unless you enjoy poor quality and poor customer service, I recommend avoiding this company."

If I could give this a minus I would! Absolutely ripoff! DO NOT USE. I ordered a white sequin dress for my parents 50th anniversary. I paid extra to have it shipped asap, it arrived 10 days late! The dress looks completely different to the description, very cheap, too big in strange places, too small in others and a very odd length. It looks flammable and itchy...and furthermore, after the shipping cost, it was very expensive.
Once I finally worked out the complicated return process I requested only 50% refund because I was aware I was 2 weeks over return (given that my dress arrived late) and was instead offered a 10% coupon towards my next purchase.
Horrible customer service, appalling product. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I ordered a green dress for a cruise, paid my money, what was delivered was a small cream dress, after much communication, photos, weight of package etc finally, they said they would send my order out. Two months later - NOTHING! I have chased and chased, 10 days ago they were looking in to why the tracking had stopped moving. Today they’ve told me it was delivered in June!!!! DON’T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

Total rip off
the dress i ordered which was 100 pound it was delivered at a cost of 15 pound as I wanted it quickly . I didn't like it so wanted to send it back , they advised they would send me 10 pound and I could keep it . I said I did not like it . they then said they would send me 30
pound and I should keep it , again I reiterated I didn't like it and wanted my hundred pound back , they agreed but said the cost of sending it back (another 15 pound ) was on me and it needed tracking and they needed pictures of everything , which were sent . I have no received my money back and they now refuse to answer any e mails which have been sent from my email

NOT impressed, I did not know this was not a UK company, .co.uk on the website thought it was a uk company. I paid extra postage to get the dress for my daughters prom quicker. Paid for 3-7 day delivery. This was a wasted payment as the dress hadn't even left the company after 7 days. Checked the website again after dress still not arriving to then find out the dress was coming from Beijing.
Can't comment on the dress as its not arrived, just checked the returns policy this is not good you don't get anything back on any postage, and you have to pay for shipment/ tracking back for items being returned. Read up on the returns policy before purchasing as its not worth the trouble.
Now out to buy another prom dress..

Well I am writing this review with a pleasant surprise.
I'd purchased a dress, then read the reviews and my soul left my body!!!
Granted the dress way a day late BUT customer support answered me when I asked about tracking and the dress arrived.
It fits nicely, the stitch work has been done well, it doesn't look like it only cost £50 and I actually don't have anything bad to say. My dress is more than satisfactory to wear for London.
Just know they ship from China, not the UK.

Stay away from this company.
Do not rely on this company ,unless you want to be disappointed, all the promises and no action,I had to run out and find my daughter a last minute prom dress (and thankfully I managed it or I would have one heartbroken daughter), all the promises on their website about swift dispatch is a lie ,you will not receive your item in time for your event ,very very disappointed is an understatement,but very very angry is not.

Website states they will process orders in '2-5' days.
20 days later, they haven't even shipped my orders. For 10 days I've been telling them to cancel and refund because they are in complete breach of their T's and C's but they refuse and will only offer refund of shipping. Items are now completely useless to me due to huge delays, but they will refuse to cancel your order, because they know you won't ship the items that are useless back to China at YOUR expense, then they will take a 'restocking fee' on larger orders.

I assume the items come from China because it takes a lot of time. And it’s actually bad enough their return policy means you have to pay for shipping but you have to contact them first and now they told me they will refund me 10% and I could keep the order. I don’t want to keep the order and 10% is just ridiculous.
On top of that it is is cheap quality not worth the price. So I would avoid at all cost.

Terribly poor service and communication
I have recently ordered a dress for a friend's wedding from this company. I ordered it with 3 weeks to spare and paid £19 extra for speedy shipping. I saw that their shipping took up to 7 business days and noted that I'd have time for it to arrive before the wedding. I am still waiting for this dress and have emailed repeatedly about it. I have been told that they are sorry for the inconvenience and it is on its way. My tracking info is unavailable and it still says my dress is processing. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund for the speedy shipping as this was false advertisement and I've paid for a service I have not received. This keeps being ignored and I'm just told 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Terrible customer service and shipping/processing times on their website are completely laughable.

Do not buy from this brand - they do not send you the item described (poor quality imitation of listed item) and you have to return to China at your own expense before they agree to a refund - I doubt they would then issue the refund.
