I recently purchased a sauna from Radiant Health Sauna in Vancouver, British Columbia, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From my first interaction with the team, it was clear that customer service and attention to detail are priorities for this company.

I did an extensive search for a sauna as a first time purchaser. I looked at saunas on Amazon to high end saunas. I reviewed comments everywhere I could find them and recommendations from “experts”.

I could not be more pleased with my sauna or the Radiant Health Sauna company. I was having my first sauna session with all of the packing material prepared for disposal in under two hours. The sauna is handsome and just as described in their advertising and website.

In addition, the company is ethical and takes customer service SERIOUSLY. FedEx Freight lost the original sauna, not sure how you misplace a 450 pound pallet, and Radiant Health made sure they did everything possible to get me a sauna. They shipped another sauna in just a few days of the “loss” with Old Dominion Freight and I had my new sauna. FedEx finally found the original about a month later. Business opportunity for some company to fix their distribution systems.

Then, totally unexpected, I received a $500 credit to my CC from Radiant Health Sauna for my “trouble”. It wasn’t their fault FedEx lost the pachyderm but they wanted to make that gesture. You don’t find companies like Radiant Health Sauna very much anymore.

Oh, and I’m getting the benefits of the infrared sauna that I expected. An all around winning purchase.
