The germination is very good, no bad comments. I would have liked him to accept my request to change the price of the value of the package, I am from Canada and the costs of imports are very high, if he had accepted I would have bought much more, it is only Seeds, no people are not going to prison for changing the price on customs paper for seeds. Usually I have no problem changing the price with other seed sellers. Trying 3 varieties and germination is very good. Esteent other thing I liked is that the company gives a free sachet when ordering with a minimum purchase, the problem is that I only order flowers And I receive a free carrot bag !!! it's as if I ordered in an animal store, dog toys and as a gift it gives me litter for cats! It's ridiculous, I communicate with the company To give my opinion and they closed my account. I watch their reviews and more than 70% give 3 stars and less, lol. In addition I note that they do not give an explanation comment on the reviews they receive

Very disappointing. Ordered seeds for several years and they always, without fail, perform poorly. Low germination rates, not very hardy plants, and everything in the catalogue is “prolific!” “Delicious!” “Proven!” Only thing proven about this company is they don’t care about anything but pictures for instagram. Very little info on climate, soil conditions, or growing. Every seed is for everybody, as long as they have another dollar in their pocket. So many better companies with more thorough testing, information, and help for those who need to eat from their seeds. Feel fleeced every time I order, and it feels very colonial to be ordering from their catalogue of international snatches.

Two years ago，I saw their products from a magazine，and I truly believe that they only sale high quality seeds as they advertised，unfortunately，the price of their seeds going higher and higher，and some seeds you can see it from your naked eyes，the quality isn't good，they even packed the seeds when it's not well matured，and I had a few times with 0 Germination rate，and they always packed a tiny amount of seeds in a bag，it's barely to plant enough for what you want. Disappointing.

I ordered about a dozen seed packets of bee balm, all different types of bee balm, overwintered them the germination rate was low because what I actually got were all snapdragons. Snapdragons are cool but not at all what I wanted or needed for my business. Will not order from this company again.

I placed several orders beginning on 6-29-23. Still no tracking despite the fact that I received messages saying they've been shipped. I love the free shipping they offer, but my seeds still haven't shown or shipped.

They used to offer really fast shipping. I've ordered from them for years. I counted on that ordering seeds this late in the season - time is of the essence. But something seems different now. Apparently no more fast shipping. Disappointed.

Been waiting on two packets of viola seeds, I love the free shipping that Baker Creek offer, my seeds didn't show. I finally got a slip in my mail box saying that if I want my packets of seeds I need to pay the post office 4.15 cents. No. I messaged Baker Creek and they just try brushing it off...Just go ahead and pay the USPS fee and we will reimburse you. No. Those seeds can go right back to Baker Creek.

Baker Creek started out as a small, responsible company with quality, hard to find seeds but has turned into a large business with high prices, questionable seed and an online advertising campaign that has swamped my computer, filled every other site I enter with flashing pop-ups and general made doing business with them an unwanted, distasteful chore. There are plenty of real seed sources out there.

I had no problem receiving my order. But I was not impressed with the seed germination rate. I doubt I will order from them again.

Got 2 seperate and invalid tracking numbers (one DHL and one USPS) and no response from customer service!!

Order never received AND the post office said the tracking number I was given is bogus. And there was no other link provided. THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL and could get a refund!!!
I wish I would have researched them before wasting my time. Lesson learned.

Horrible company!!! DO NOT BUY from them! They will not reply to you nor will they give you a refund. I got my order but only got two seeds in one of the packet. This company should be reported as a scam! These people take money from you and then run!

Absolute train wreck. My wife is a knowledgeable and experienced gardener who knows what she is doing. Placed a substantial order with Baker Seeds and without exception ALL the seeds she planted were a complete failure. Total waste of money, time and lots of effort. Avoid this company or prepare to be greatly disappointed.

I have been buying Baker Creek seeds for at least 12 years. Their seeds are consistantly healthy, fresh and viable. The price is reasonable, the shipping is free, and their catalog and selection is amazing. Even the seed packets are beautiful. Many times I have called to ask growing questions relating to my area, or ask for a suggestion of a varieties that would do well for my zone and have always had the customer service reps be friendly and helpful to me.
The growing season is short here. Since I grow a garden to feed my family, I need quality seeds that will produce food. Baker Creek has never disappointed me.

I placed my order 10/21. Nearly a month later and still no seeds received. Wrote to Customer Support in late October, they advised me to wait another week. Did so. Still no seeds. I want to say, the heck with it, it's just $10, but hey, I worked for that $10, and you didn't keep your part of the bargain. I've emailed again, but no response from them as yet. Shoddy business practices.

They took my money and ran. Never fulfilled my order. Had to fight with rude and obnoxious customer service failures over email to get a refund. They ruined the gardening season for me with their month-long b.s. Never again.

We bought winter squash seeds and they produced gourds, we bought eggplant seeds Black Beauty and Ping Tung and I wound up with a green eggplant that is shaped like a Black Beauty and colored like a Thai green eggplant. It has happened more than twice. Another time with melon seeds, with Chinese cabbage seeds and once with tomato seeds. When I complained to the company they didn't even refund or apologize. I was just told yes we had a problem with those!! Every time it does happen, I say never again..........then I cave in and am again disappointed.

Ordered my tomato 🍅 seeds , received them within a few days of placing the order , got what I paid for . I live in the same state so they were speedy . They had a cool selection and the varieties I selected I've never grown before so I'm stoked !

Placed order in the fall, did'nt think much about it with covid and other supply chain issues. Waited and waited nothing arrived and I had by this point placed a second order... still nothing on either order... Gave it some time, finally got in contact through email... Of course no phone to call to actually talk to anyone. I was told my package went "unclaimed" at PO and it was sent back. Not sure how that's possible, but OK, and I was told because the items were fall bulbs it was to late to resend.... OK, still confused, but understand anything is possible anymore. They did send the seeds, that i had placed as my second order, so that was GREAT....(so I gave them 2 stars for that) BUT NO REFUND on the BULBS, that I DID NOT RECEIVE... So trying to be fair to all involved, me and them.... I asked for at least some sort of in store/in house credit. The items were paid for in full and NEVER received. I was told their policy is NOT to offer refunds, and a store credit is a REFUND. WOW.... Just WOW!!! NEVER in my life have I heard of such a thing. SO BEWARE supply chain issues, missing package issues, anything can happen, and you WILL NOT be given proper consideration. I have seen so many you tubers give this company rave reviews.... Maybe I would have been treated better if I had a mass following to promote this company. But alas I don't.... SO..... I guess little guys don't matter.

Don't order from the UK. They will take your money, but the seeds won't be delivered.
